I love it! The color selections are beautiful. I had a hard time deciding but went with the purple.My dry and brittle curly hair feels so soft and it only took about 2 passes each section, much faster than other tools I tried! Even more is that my normally frizzy hair doesn’t have frizz when I use this, and I don’t feel like my hair is damaged after washing my hair. I think the brush size is just right, not too thin or thick, so it’s easy to maneuver and doesn’t feel heavy on my hand. I also feel like it doesn’t burn my scalp. I could get away with not wearing a glove unlike my curling iron. Just need to be careful with my ears. Lastly, this doesn’t have any sound at all, unlike the Revlon hairbrush that I had to return because it was so noisy.

Effortless but short lived
I am a licensed cosmetologist so I love seeing new tools that can make my job easier on my body and for my clients at home. At first I was in love with this tool. It detangles to get smooth hair without going over it multiple times. It offers versatility from short beveled hairstyles to long, effortless blow out curls. The 2 settings don’t overheat the hair, as long as you use a good heat protectant. But when the product starts to build up on the bristles, it’s not easy cleaning it off especially if you don’t know what you’re doing. After a couple months of using it 2-3 times a week, a lot of bristles started falling out causing a less than smooth finish and I have to go over the hair more now. This is a tool you’ll have to replace more often than I’d like.

I have very frizzy, very annoying hair. My hair is naturally curly/wavy but does not hold a blow out, does not hold a curl from a hot tool..whether professionally done or at home, my hair will usually be a mess within a few minutes.This product is FANTASTIC! It smooths out my hair and I can do soft big curls that actually hold. When I mean hold, I mean overnight. I am obsessed with this product. I’ve tried so many hair tools and this one, I would give 10 stars if I could.

Maybe I just got a fluke but this brush does not work as well as the ads claim. It says it has a “swivel cord” but it does not rotate at all causing the cord to become all tangled up. This is annoying considering in order to achieve the blowout look you have to rotate the brush several times throughout the strands of your hair. The temperature is decent, but it always leaves my hair frizzy when it’s suppose to be “anti-frizz, negative ion” or whatever, so I always end up having to put a lot of hair oil on before using. I was going to return it but I missed the return window and now I guess I am stuck with it but it does a DECENT job, but does not work as well as I anticipated, with the cord being the most annoying part. Oh well…

I bought this after seeing all the recommendations online and the positive, and what was very excited to use it. I was GREATLY disappointed. Firstly, the bristles are quite short, so you have to use very thin sections at a time, which is a pain if you have thick hair. I could live with that, if it wasn’t for the fact that it broke my hair off everytime I used it! I used the revlon brush for a while back and this never happened to me, so I know it wasn’t my technique. after using this a few times I had a halo of broken hair around my scalp. Not to mention, it always got tangled up in my hair (which was already blowdried straight but needed smoothing) and then finally broke after getting tangled up! I was surprised how delicate it was for the price! I highly recommend you explore other thermal brushes instead.
