Customers say
Customers find the gloss glaze leaves creations looking nice, dries quickly, and is easy to apply, lasting quite a while. They appreciate its functionality, with one customer noting it works particularly well for card making projects. The thickness and value for money receive mixed feedback – while some find it very thick and good value, others say it’s too thick and overpriced. The shine aspect also gets mixed reviews, with several customers reporting it adds no shine to their projects.

Great for the finishing touch of bowl repair projects
A bowl I ordered from Chewy arrived damaged. I repaired and repainted the bowl and then used this gloss to finish up the repairs. This gloss was exactly what I needed and for a good price. Thank you.

Great top coat for a really glossy finish.

Easy use and cleanup
Nice, smooth glaze I’m using to ready tiles for kitchen trivets. Easy to use and very easy cleanup. Hope it holds up under continued use.

Did the Job!
This seemed to do the trick. I bought some new plates, only to discover that one of them had a spot with a funky glaze job. It ended up having a big chunk come off the edge, which was a bummer because I had bought them on clearance and they were all gone when I went back to the store to exchange it. So, I bought this glaze instead. I first put down a little bit of color using a close enough match of acrylic paint. I let that dry, then I applied this over top to try to fill in the gap (it was kind of deep since the glaze was pretty thick, so the missing part was obvious). I think it did a really nice job, and was fast-drying. I’ve only hand-washed once and put through the washer once, and so far so good – we’ll see what happens and how it holds up in time. I have enough in this bottle to repeat this probably 1,000 times if I had to. I’m sure I’ll find plenty of other uses for it too.

Texture
It’s lovely but it does leave a kind of texture, maybe I’m bad at application but I got this water ripple effect. I didn’t mind it for that project but I probably won’t use it on all of my work.

High gloss
It works well for paper beads. I do two coats for coverage and shine.

Perfect for a shiny, glass shine on clay!
This is exactly what I was looking for! I use oven bake polymer clay and I wanted the same look as pottery glazed in a furnace. I posted a before and after picture (of the peach tray) as well as a video of my glazing one of my pieces. I used to use mod podge but this is much shinier. The product is about the consistency of syrup. It is self leveling and most of the bumps and streaks are gone after drying. A second coat helps get that perfect, smooth finish. I usually pour a little bit of the triple thick into the clay creation. Then take a dry brush, dip it into the triple thick, and spread it around. It does get tacky after about 3 min and will streak if you go over it again. So paint in sections for a perfect finish!

Triple Thick vs resin…
I will use uv resin every time. Triple thick did not look glossy or have a shine at all. Drying time was also longer. Easy to use but it ends up taking more time and $$ than I am willing to take or spend.

I was able to cold glaze a small earthenware statue – very successful. It’s slow to dry but the finish is very smooth.
