I like this product because it doesn’t go on cold and gives you that shock like Icy/Hot. It has a delayed release to help make your muscles feel relaxed. It is intense, but that was how I knew it was working well. Lasted a very long time. Smells amazing, too. Compact size for on the go. Highly recommend!

Sent wrong product, but still works well
I had ordered the Ultra Strength Tiger balm, but instead recieved the Red Extra Strength. I know that the red one helps, but I was hoping for the ultra strength as it is non tinted and wouldn’t stain clothing or sheets. Unfortunately there is no way to return the product due to its nature, which I understand but there’s also no way for me to request a replacement so I can obtain the correct one ordered.Other than that I know it is a great product, hence why my review is still 4 stars.
