Nothing works better
I have an inoperable shoulder injury that I’ve been told to manage the pain any way I can. Traction, deep tissue massage and Tiger Balm that’s my formula. I’ve been a fan of the little jars of ointment since I was a kid. I saw the patches and figured I’ve wasted money on more foolish things, how bad could they be right? Not only do they work great but they last all day. I wouldn’t say 24 hours but a solid 12 hour of comfort when I wear one. I actually keep a few of these in the first aid kit at the shop. And they are very cost effective. While back my Dad had given me one of his prescription lidocaine pads and I got to say wasn’t even close to Tiger Balm patches. I’ve bought the different sizes too for other areas, they all work the same, very good. I’d highly recommend these patches.

New favorite!
Love the size of these, covers a lot of surface. Does a great job of cooling and adding support to the affected area. Super helpful for workout recovery.

Convenient, work well for pain, but the edges roll up easily
I really like the convenience of the tiger balm patches. I have the regular ointment too, but sometimes I don’t want to have it get on my bedding or clothing. The positive points of the patches are the convenience, the stretchy flexibility to adhere to curved areas, and the tiger balm ability to ease pain. I wear them on my knees, they stretch to fit well, and do a good job of lessening my knee pain. However, there are a couple negative points. 1. The edges easily roll up so they peel off and stick to your clothes. Very frustrating to put them on, warm them in place for a minute to ensure they stick, to then have them peel off when you put clothing on over them.2. The gel/ointment in the patch comes through to your clothes, so the “not messy” claim isn’t exactly true, it’s more like “not as messy as the ointment”.To rectify both those issues, I cover the patches with large waterproof adhesive bandage covers (thin clear plastic adhesive). It keeps the patches in place, seals in the smell, and is easily removed when done. The patches are very comfortable for about 9-10 hours, but then they start to get stingy/hot, so that’s about the wear limit in my experience.I keep a good stock of them on hand, as I use them often. I just keep a stock of the bandage covers too, which are themselves great to have.

Awesome
I’ve been using this product for years in the jars & I knew when I saw the patches it was a no brainer to purchase them. They work so incredibly well & the product really works for aches & stiffness. Yes, there’s a smell but what patch doesn’t have it. It works that’s all that matters. My husband finally decided to use one after pulling a muscle & he’s now a believer!

Adhesive
It works on pain, but it doesnt stick to well. It last for 8 hrs, but it only stays on for 2 if that. I suggest the cream the patch.

It works!
My father in law gets body aches when it rains and he has tried every type of batch on his back but didn’t work. This patch gave him relief within 15 minutes and is very affordable. Although the patches are not very big it seems to help outside of the area where the patches is applied.
