The product receives positive feedback for its quality, with one customer noting it’s better than Nido, and they appreciate its baking capabilities and fat-free nature. good quality addition to pantry & emergency supplies. Add cals/protein/nutrition w/ease
Edit to add: it is AWESOME for use in cafe lattes. It froths up really well. Makes a sturdy froth that tops off my espresso gorgeously. I just use a simple milk frother to make super quick easy foam.If you order from the warehouse you have to know that it may have a short shelf life left on it (though should be a ways out if ordering from regular Amazon). Taking a chance on reduced pricing. I think this is a bargain at regular pricing. HUGE container. I normally don’t care about the best by date, because it is only referencing the guaranteed quality, not the safety. So mine is 2 months out, and I doubt I will have this used by then. But it will be fine beyond that. I bought this more as a back up in case of scarcity or skyrocketing food prices. I normally just drink non dairy “milk”, but will use stuff like this in recipes that call for dairy milk. I also dont mind it as a creamer. One thing that is nice about powdered milk is being able to make it as rich and creamy or as light and bland as you want. Use more or less according to preferred taste. I think this has very good flavor.I have used it directly in coffee with some effort to get lumps out. Best when use a little frother mixer. Nice for adding to smoothies and such if looking to boost protein and other vitamin and minerals. Might be helpful to those that can use the extra calories and nutrition boost without having to consume added volume (thinking ill or elderly).I’d get this again. I have two big containers so it might be awhile. But I may buy extras and give away.

Convenient, tasty, cost efficient at current pricing
Well, it’s powdered milk. Looks like and tastes like. How good it tastes depends on your concentration. I buy it because I now live alone and gallon jugs spoil ln me unless I freeze portions at a time and quart jugs are at a very poor price point even considering that it won’t spoil and be discarded.I use milk a lot these days for cappuccino and sometimes for cold cereal or boosting oatmeal and other drinks like hot chocolate. So these, the powdered is great as needed. Cost is relatively high but when factoring in the cost of gas, time and aggravation to get to the only 2 cheapest sources I can find, it’s kind pf a wash…at least at the present price point. I think it comes out to about $4/gal vs $3.29 for 1% Milk or $2.99 for Fat Free so this is more but again, gas in my Bronco would run about that dollar difference and for multiple trips. It’s not easy to mix so I now do about 3 cups at a time and the ratio to water is easy to remember..basically 1:3 plus a few extra drops of water, maybe a tablespoon I eyeball.I’ll still get the real thing when it works my way but rest assured if you mix it properly it’s just great.Another thing for me…my fridge is a side by side/small. Gallon jugs take up a lot of space. One mason jar at a time is a huge help.

    Best purchase I’ve ever made
This stuff is probably one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Price wise this is your best deal. Compared to store prices this is the cheapest for the amount you get. I’ve used this for baking, pudding, hamburger helper, basically everything except drinking. You absolutely cannot tell the difference in any meal. It’s great to have on hand. Zero waste. I honestly don’t cook with regular milk anymore. I have tried kroger brand before, but find this one to be richer. The size of each cannister is rather large. I’ve been using the first one for 5 months or so. The texture reminds me of their hot chocolate mix. It doesn’t really smell like anything. I don’t know the health benefits compared to normal milk. I just know it saves a ridiculous amount of money and tastes good. Would definitely continue to buy over fresh milk any day.

Good value mixes well at very warm temperature.
Reasonably priced, works well in steamer at very warm temperature. Great for hot chocolate the key seems to be mixing at very warm temperature not cold or super hot.

Great Milk To Have On Hand
I hadn’t used powder milk in some time and was skeptical of how good it might taste. I mixed up a pint of it using the one cup instructions times 2 as that was what fit in my travel container. It takes a bit to mix it and I find it best to use an egg whisker to mix it thoroughly. It is as good as regular milk for my coffee, oatmeal, and Wheaties. It also whips up nicely for that froth topping on hot cocoa. I typically don’t drink milk by itself but I’m sure it tastes just fine. Great to have on hand when you run out of milk and don’t want to make a special trip to the supermarket for one item.

    Very good product
I am so pleased with this nice large container of powdered milk, which I ordered and received recently. I tastes so much better than the powdered milk I recall as a child, six decades ago. Has a very nice taste of fresh milk and is great to have on hand for drinking cold, or in hot chocolate, to lighten tea or coffee and good to cook with as well. Very reasonably priced and I plan to always have some on hand.

    Delicious, off grid milk solution
Simply excellent. I can’t get enough of this. If you’re off grid and need a dry milk solution, this is what you need to order. The flavour is light, milky, but without that sour or fatty tinge regular cow milk has. It’s pure milk proteins, I think. And yet it doesn’t taste “skim” either. It is the perfect mix for breakfast cereals. Anyone who has no refrigerator will adore this, I suspect.Mixing takes a minute, as the milk solids don’t want to soak up water immediately. Add water then the powder, and mush with a spoon. Pull on your big kid britches and wait a minute as people used to know how to do. Then add your granola or cereal. Backwards, but easier and less clumpy.
