I’ve got curly wavy hair. This is the best set of shampoo and conditioner I’ve found for my hair. My sides are shaved and I’ve got a pony tail. This gives me an absolutely majestic floof spiral of a pony tail! I’ve got this stuff on subscription and I’m going to keep using it!

Noticeably softer hair – 2b/c
Wow I love this product! I recently went CurlyGirl / all natural and this is the first non-chemical shampoo and conditioner combo I have tried for an extended period. I’ve been using it for 2-3 months now. This stuff has made my hair noticeably softer, which shocked me because I’ve never, ever had a hair product or combo do this for me. I’m 28 years old with hair type 2b/c with Indian (subcontinent) hair. Shea is a solid brand and is also available in drug stores.I pair this with Cantu Wave Whip mouse and it works pretty well for me. Took my hair a few days to adjust using all three products, but now that it has I will never go back to non-natural.EDIT: After using this combo and CG method about 6 months, my wavy hair has started thinning, became extremely greasy on top yet dry at the middle/ends. I had never experienced anything like this with my hair and at first thought I was balding. Apparently, after some research, I learned CG method is not for everyone, even those with 2 type waves. My hair is just too thin (although I have a LOT of hair, just never understood it was thin) for this amount of constant moisture to my scalp. I no longer use this shampoo (although my boyfriend loves it!) but I used the conditioner on my ends. I am only moving down to 4 stars instead of lower because I think the product is solid and would work with a lot of curly hair types. Just please watch your scalp and hair closely if using these as your only shampoo/condition, especially if you have thin and/or wavy hair. I will not buy again.

Didn’t suit me
My hair became very dry. Opening was quite challenging too. Shampoo didn’t work well, I needed to use it 3 times. Conditioner is pretty better. But I guess I will finish using it

Where can I buy this by the gallon? Seriously, I love this stuff and will probably buy it forever. Here’s some highlights of why it’s so amazing:1) I’m allergic to EVERYTHING. Most shampoos and conditioners make me break out in hives from the chemicals or scents. I don’t have any allergy issues with this product. No hives, no sneezing, no coughing up stuff. If you read the ingredients most of it is good stuff.2) My hair looks fabulous. I mean really fabulous. I have loose latina/white curls. The oils in this product smooth them without making them greasy or fuzzy. Make sure you buy their hair lotion stuff, too. It’s great!3) It smells nice like coconut.4) There’s not a lot of gross residue. Most shampoo and conditioners leave a gross film of white residue on your scalp. Not this stuff!5) You don’t have to use a lot. When I was washing with big commercial brands like Pantene I had to douse my hair in conditioner just to get a comb through it. We’re talking 2-3 tablespoons. With this stuff it only takes a dollop about the size of a dime to do the same job better. While it’s spendy stuff it lasts longer than you think.

I have been suffering with hair loss, itchy scalp and slight dandruff and just dull hair for about 4 years now, I used to have naturally long think and curly at the ends hair. And then I seen a girl using these products to achieve her shiny, thick and bouncy hair. I asked my husband if I can spend so much money for just shampoo and conditioner, no problem. I’ve only used it for about 3 weeks now, I’ve noticed less hair loss, when I used to wash my hair with normal store shampoos, clumps of hair used to come out within each wash of hair, now it’s about half of that which is of course amazing, it also added a little bit of extra shine to my hair, also amazing. I do agree the shampoo doesn’t bubble up as much as we’re all probably used to with normal store shampoos, but if you give it extra time to gently rub it in your hair it will definitely wash your hair well. I’ve notices people have also been complaining about the smell but I love it, very nice, sweet and natural, nothing too strong, but again, we’re all used to very strong scented shampoos from the store which in the long term probably isn’t even good for our hair. I personally think people expect a miracle and the product to just work within 1 use. We’ve been using store shampoos which contain chemicals and who knows what else for so many years so we can’t expect to get our naturally healthy hair over night. It’ll take time. Overall so far I’m satisfied, however it is a bit too pricy in my opinion and I was hoping for it to maybe help with my dandruff but we also have very hard water over where I live so that could cause my hair to not regenerate back to its healthy state as fast as I’d like it to. I have bought these items before in person and theres no difference from the products except that the smell from the online one smells weirdly more natural, but other than that it works amazingly and it you have a dry scalp (that can cause dandruff) or thick hair (it doesnt have to be curly), this is perfect.

I have short, thick somewhat curly hair which I have dyed for years, so moisture, shine and curls are issues for me. These products enhance all these factors whiteout being too weighty. These 2 products work wonders together, but the shampoo alone acts like conditioner itself, and gives the same soft, shiny, curly effect even when used alone. A tiny bit of conditioner goes a long way, though, if you have dry, long or frizzy hair. I have a closet full of bottles of failed contenders, but I luckily discovered these products while visiting a friend 2 years ago, when you couldn’t find it in most stores. At her suggestion, I used her products. Since then, I have been using only these, and always have a spare bottle of each in the cupboard to make sure I never run out. The Amazon price is cheaper than any I’ve seen in stores. It seems expensive, but it goes a long way, and is sooo worth it.
