Good shaving soaps but not as smooth as gel for me
Both the shaving soap and cream are a nice experience with good scents. There is a decent amount of lather when brushing the soap. These are also a great way to use on the road since they are just small solid pucks. The only issue is that it just doesn’t feel as frictionless as my gel products. Even when I use plenty of water, lather, and repeat it doesn’t glide as well when shaving, therefore these won’t always be my first choice in shaving.

I’ve tried several shaving soaps from Amazon. My first try with this soap convinced me that this is the best. It lathers easily and lubricates well. The puck is small in diameter but thick.

It bleeds, and it scarcely works.
The colour. of the one bar that I tried, left a red mess wherever it dripped. Also, my ordinary bath soap worked much better, and it doesn’t bleed. I threw away the barely-used bar, and am giving away the remaining two, as well as the (unopened) cream.

I do not like to give negative reviews, but this is a warning about the package, I would say. I did not open, nor test, the content. Other users spoke about their thoughts and experiences with it. I will talk about the package you got when you opened the envelope.The items are much smaller than you think, or, more precisely, the pictures online make you believe. The cream tube, for instance, is tiny: from the picture it looks like a regular one. And you do not need to open the package (I did not): from the package you realize the size of things. I should have measured things, but the pictures online mislead me nevertheless.Then, it’s made in China. Nothing against that, but it is not written anywhere in the online description, while it’s all over the package (with a big sticker on the top of the external foil and then on the package. No picture online shows that.So if you think this is a western brand, as the iconography suggests, well it is not.Matter of transparency.

They all smell amazing, even just opening the product box! Only downside is the size of each soap, much smaller than I thought.. but a little of this soap goes a really long way.
