Just ran out and quickly realized how much it was helping!
I am in the middle of winter and everything is sooooo dry including my feet! I have been using this heel balm for a few years now and every once in a while I find that I may need more moisture than this provides. However, I ran out a few days ago and have been using my husbands drug store brand foot cream and my feet are not happy!!My favorite part of the heel balm is the dispenser! It is like a giant chapstick for your feet! You don’t have to put anything on your hands and get messy…literally just roll it on your feet and put on socks! You definitely need socks afterwards to lock in the balm until it absorbs…which is the part I wasn’t sure of. I didn’t know if it was actually absorbing or just an occlusive. After not having it for a few days I realize is doing something good! It definitely prevents cracking and heals and soothes dryness. It also helps to incorporate a foot file in the shower and then use this right after drying off -thank me later.Also, this balm lasts for while! I would say at least a few months I get out of one tube. If you are looking for a good healing balm, try this out!

I have applied this easy to use balm, on my heels, every evening (after my shower) and my heels are very soft- no cracks, no dry skin. I roll the balm over my heels, put socks on for a bit and it works. It smells good (subtle, not strong) and easily glides over my heel. I wear sandals most days and hate cracked, dry heels. This is the best product I’ve found.

I definitely think this has helped my heels, they’re smoother for sure. But, it’s really strong smelling and I don’t think it’s cured my cracks, just helped.
