Very strong clips! Keeps hair held in place!
I got these to replace my old hair clamps after finally too many “teeth” snapped & broke off of them. They are smaller than the old school ones I used previously (think – those 4″ – 5″ big ones popular in the ’90s), but they are designed very well, & not only are they designed so as to not have random teeth breaking off, these are actually many times stronger than my old ones before the old ones broke.They will hold hair in place, very strong & sturdy – won’t wiggle around in your hair or try to fall out on you!The design is nice in that the teeth of the hair clamps interlock at the ends, rather than sticking out individually on the sides, so no more vulnerability with random teeth breaking easily like old ones!Pretty color variety, and great value for the quantity you get as well! They’re all slightly translucent, which I think actually helped their appearance in looking a bit softer without taking away from the pretty color options, & they’re very shiny! Held together with a super strong gold coil, which may or may not show much, depending on how you use them in your hair. Gold is “in” again, so nothing to complain about there!My only “complaint” is in its strength, hah! While I can use these with my hand’s strength, I’m not sure those out there with arthritis / weakened hand strength, or wet hands (i.e. just out of the shower) could easily open them.Bottom line: very strong clips, with pretty, feminine, soft colors & color cariety, durable & won’t break from clamp + teeth design, dry your hands before trying to put them in, & it may use a bit more muscle to get them to open – then rest assured, your hair will not budge with these clips in!I like them and doubt I’ll ever have the need personally to buy any more, as well-made as these are! Love these! Very sturdy. Vibrant colors. I can use it to hold all my hair in a bun or just half of it without the clip sliding off. Use it in the shower to loosely put up washed hair too because of the smooth, no ripping/pinching design. Great buy~

Cute with a great, strong clip
Cute mod look.These have a very effective and strong clip. The clip has two rows of ‘teeth’. The first is the standard that were all used to seeing. The other is insider of that, closer to the spring. Think… Two rows of teeth like a shark. It offers a really strong hold even for very fine hair.

Colors darker than pictured
Colors darker than pictured. Even in my pics, added light makes the ones look white when they are deep cream/oatmeal. Yellows are more like honey dijon mustard. (Isee a food theme building here) Online the wine one is very rhubarb or raspberry jam. Blue, hmm no food reference but a few shades darker and look black if not in quite a bit of light. Green is a couple shades darker too. I bought the small and gave size references in pics in case you are wondering what small is like. Very sturdy. Overall, glad with purchase. Not upset about color differences as they still land in ranges I was looking for, but wanted others to know just in case.

These clips have lasted a year and a half and are still in great shape. They hold fine hair securely. No odd pressure points on be head from strangely shaped prongs. Overall, best clip for the price we’ve had in a long time!

Great cute clips, hold your hair pretty well the only thing is the claw part doesn’t open very wide.. My sister has long thick hair it did not hold up to well the clip was not strong enough to hold her hair,But I have shoulderlength hair it held up very well

They really hold hair in place. There are two sets of teeth – a small inner set and the outer teeth that gather the majority of hair. Great for thin hair.

Really nice quality. They’re sturdy unlike many store bought ones, and I love the color. Since they’re really bulky they don’t open as wide as Revelon’s or your typical store bought. I have thick dreads and many of them, so I knew the medium wouldn’t hold all my hair. I like having small (in relations to my hair) clips to pin my hair up on the side. I’m going to buy the larger ones so I can pin it all up too.
