For the price, this thing can’t be beat. It’s a very good value. As soon as you turn it on it starts heating up and you can feel the difference. Unlike My traditional heating pads which could take a few minutes to heat up. Surprisingly easy to wear around your waist, but I think the design really lends to back assistance. Otherwise you can hold it on to a portion of your body that’s in need of heat. The area that the heat covers is actually only about the size of a softball, but the pain relief is real.

I have advanced endometriosis and here is what I like and dislike about this product.
1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy.2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone.3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad.4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing.5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life.6. The massage feature isn’t a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud.7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isn’t long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, I’m not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. And hour-two hours is probably decent in the relative sense.

My savior
I have been fighting demons (cramps) after getting an iud inserted last month. I have a traditional heating pad, which is great, but I could only use it on my lower back while lying down. This thing has pulled me from the depths of hell and offered me salvation. Now I have a heating pad that I can use on my lower back AND lay in the fetal position simultaneously! Perfect size, perfect range in heat settings, perfect price. My only complaint is the battery life, I learned the hard way that it’s best to just plug it in right after use so it’s ready for the next time the demons come knocking at my uterus.

I do like this and it is a god send as I do have very painful period pains.So overall taking a the pain down is great. However,It has 3 settings for heating and 3 for the vibration levels. Heating level 1 is okay but dont really feel it too much, heating level 2 is great for a fee seconds then it burns the hell out of you, and I have it on top of my leggings but under my shirt. I dont dare to reach level 3 on that.The vibration when I am peak period pains the vibration does seem to take the pain away however boy is that vibration loud, I wear this when I’m at work as well and I cant have the vibration on due to fear of getting some confused glances.Also the battery doesn’t last long at all. I work 8 hours at work and itll only have battery for maybe half of that shift and that’s not having it on continuously either. I only have iton when the pain gets a bit too much. Other then that it is nice to have and does help with the pain when it doesn’t run out of battery.

I needed a heat pack for bad period pains and a friend recommended this. This is by far the best $50 I’ve ever spent. No more waking up in pain and having to go to the microwave to heat up a heat pack. Just put this on and press the button while still in bed. What a godsend. And works perfectly.
