Best Eyeliner Ever!
Palladio Liquid Eyeliner is easy to apply and dries quickly. This eyeliner does not smudge or flake. It doesn’t smear if you blink. It works best if you apply it from the outer corner inward in short lines. It doesn’t get clumpy into the eyelashes like some other eyeliners. It glides on smoothly and stays put until you take it off. I like the brown-black, as it looks more natural than a harsh black.

Good basic colors, easy application, and long-wearing
I am always hunting for the perfect eyeliner. To me the important criteria are availability of good basic colors (do people really need teal or silver or lavender eyeliner? I don’t), ease of application, and long wear. Palladio scores well in all three areas.First, the colors: They have black, black/brown, and navy, as well as a few more shimmery shades that I don’t use. I currently have the black and black brown shades, and have had the navy in the past. They are exactly the rich colors you expect them to be.Second, I love the ease of application. It’s eyeliner liquid with a felt tip applicator. To me, that’s the ideal form eyeliner should take. I find that eyeliner pencil doesn’t glide on smoothly or intensely enough, brush applicators are hard to use for even application, and eyeliner markers tend to start out wet and then get dryer as you apply it. Ugh! But Palladio, that I’ve been using for ages, applies smoothly each time and stays smooth in the bottle for a long, long time. The felt tip is just the right thickness so that you can control the line, from fine to wide depending on how you use it. The top of the bottle is thin, which I find easiest to manipulate.And finally, this stuff lasts all day once applied and dry. Although it is not waterproof, it is smudge-proof and I have never had it melt or bleed. Granted, I have dry skin, so I don’t know if having oily eyelids would make it smudge or not. But for me, it lasts perfectly, yet is easy to remove with eye makeup remover, either the oily or non-oily kind.All in all, Palladio is the perfect eyeliner for me, and I recommend it highly.

Absolutely NOT waterproof!
I like this eyeliner, for ease of application, and it’s well pigmented . I don’t have to go over and over to get the intensity of color. But it will smear EASILY if it gets wet with tearing or getting wet from rain, etc. I’m looking now looking for something waterproof.
