Update: It now applies really streaky. At 1st the color went on with no problems. My 2nd use it’s so streaky and the color is now off. Not happy at all. But I’m keeping my orginal review but I just wanted to include this update. Because it really was pretty the 1st time I wore it.It’s dry as you know what. Man it’s matte but it so darn pretty. It’s truly a pinkish purple. It’s not too bright. Would look nice on all skin tones. I apply a bit of lip balm to my lips. Not alot just a light coating then I apply the lipstick it doesn’t look at feel so matte and dry. But the color is beautiful. A color you should get. If you end up loving it like I do then you better go back and get a few more to keep in your makeup arsenal. I think I’m going to try it in other colors. The color in the picture is true to what it looks like in person.

Do not recommend
I really wanted to like this product. This is a pretty color and a creamy formula that glides on easily. However after about an hour or two, it starts to become very tacky and sticky. It clumps and separates leaving my lips a sticky mess. Then when I tried to wipe off what was left, it would not come off. I tried it twice and both times the same thing happened. I threw it out knowing I would not use it again.

Great Great Color Payout!!
This is a true matte lipstick, but not drying, at all!! & I’m pleasantly surprised w/the color payoff! (I found a trick to keep lips from drying out, especially under matte lipstick: Apply lip balm 1st (preferably after washing face, while lips are still moist). wipe off the balm, then apply the matte lipstick as normal.) Works for me!!

I wanted to love this because I’ve been looking for a color like this, However, it is so drying that my lips peel after applying. The color comes off on your cup but overall it works if you can put up with the drying of your lips.

The color you see is the color you get! I bought the very pink one and the color is perfectly matched to the given picture but your lips should be very well hidrates and look perfect for this to look good on your lips. I felt my lips got drier and with that my lips look dry and bumpy with this producto I didn’t like it

I waited to use the product before reviewing. It lasted me hours even with drinking water. It did not last through dinner. What I will say the color looks different on my face because I’m very light but on my hands It looks more accurate. It’s a very pretty light nude and I was looking for something natural looking. I love it, once it dries it stays on. ❤️ Very fast shipping too. Package was very well wrapped. Thank you. Good price!

This Oulac matte lipstick is the best I have ever had. I have tried hundreds of lipsticks, even spent upto £20 on a branded lipstick and none of them were as good as Oulac! It stays on for HOURS, the colour is beautiful, it is alittle sticky to begin with but I noticed that when I dont use asmuch on my lips, it dries faster and feels smooth and dry. If you use too much and plaster it on too thick, it will flake and feel uncomfortable so I make sure the brush is scrapped off before I apply it to my lips. I have bought a deep purple colour of Oulac today and look forward to trying that. I have 4 colours of Oulac eyeshadow too which also are the best I have ever used and I’ve been using and trying different brands of makeup for 25 years. I am so happy that I have found a product that is fantastic value for money, doesnt iritate my skin and tastes. THANKYOU OULAC!!

This is the best black lipstick I’ve ever had. It goes on easily and provides good coverage without being too thick or greasy, and it dries super fast which is great for if you’re just touching it up on the go. It lasts for a long time – only needed to touch mine up once all day and I had been drinking out of a glass frequently. The colour is jet black which is a nice change from the slightly faded look of other brands I’ve used. Definitely worth the money.

Beautiful colour and application but is drying on the lips and after a sip of water and a coffee only the edges stayed on and looked ridiculous as it is a dark colour

Waste of time applied and when had a coffee a while after most of the color came off tried to top the colour up and it turned clumpy and horrible. Colour was alot darker than expected. Didn’t stay on at all. The look was clumpy and didn’t apply very nice. When I kissed my other half to test it it came off onto him too which he didn’t like as it was harder for him to wipe off than anything. I was able to wipe it off easy with a napkin not worth the time. Very disappointed as first lipstick I’ve bought in a long time.
