Good but DO NOT USE SHARPENER
I got this after reading reviews about the issue with difficulty sharpening it. I found out the hard way that it twists up, DO NOT USE A SHARPENER. Once you’re past that, it’s pretty good liner. There is nothing on the box or the ad about this.

Stays on without rubbing off. Perfect color, not too dark, not too light. Easily glides on. You can smudge if you like. I’ve never had a reaction to this either. This is the only eyeliner I use.

I have a hard time finding eyeliner that I can use on my water line because most make my eyes water like crazy. This one is great! It will smudge if your not careful but it doesn’t irritate my eyes which is exactly what I was looking for!
