This is the only eyeliner I’ve used for the past 2 years. I’ve tried others and this has exactly the smudged line that looks best on my top lid. And the color is great–I have brown eyes but it’s hard to imagine an eye color this won’t look on. My biggest fear is that they’re going to stop manufacturing it because it’s getting more difficult to find, which is why I usually buy 2-3 at time!

Im using this daily and it is easy to apply, lasts well and doesn’t irritate my eyes like done products. This Dark brown is a good shade, even if you normally wear black liner

Had a bad reaction to this eyeliner and my eyes are still burning. I’ve seen many reviews here and on Neutrogena’s site about this irritating people’s eyes. I would be hesitant to apply this to your waterline or lash line and would test before an important event. The liner itself looked nice but I can’t use it
