I have been having some back and knee pain and recently read some articles about Arnica and Tea Tree and how they can help. I started putting this on after I get out of the shower at night and it has really helped. I don’t wake up in the morning as stiff as I used to. As much as i liked the relief i had from this product,i learnt the hard way it also stains your underwear and clothes plus the bedding.For this reason a lone i doubt i will buy again and think they should put a warning this could happen.
