I love the peppermint smell, I wouldn’t advise to eat the plumper but it taste good on your lips, it’s a little sticky and I love how it make my lips plumper and has a tint of pink, it also lasts quite awhile!

Plumps SO well
I’ve tried a LOT of plumpers in my day and when I saw that Maybelline released a plumping Lifter gloss I had to try it because their Lifter glosses are SO good.In reading the reviews for this product I was a little nervous because I hate glosses that burn BURN like hellfire. I’m pretty sensitive and I’ve tossed many products after a first try. Because I love this line so much I decided to give it a shot anyway even though reviews about how intense it is scared me.I bought the peach color. The texture of the gloss itself is different to that of the regular lifter gloss. It’s a bit thinner has bit more of a slip with a less lacquer effect. It’s still shiny don’t get me wrong but it’s different.The sensation builds and doesn’t happen immediately, but working a good 10 minutes of application my lips were full on tingly. By 20’minutes, my lips were noticeably fuller without the irritation ring that a lot of plumbers produce. In fact, I didn’t see a noticeable difference in the color except for the color of the gloss.I found the “burn”’to be quite tolerable and not at all uncomfortable. You do get that little bit of essence of chili on the inside of the mouth but it doesn’t feel any spicier that putting chili flake on your pizza (which I always do).From the reviews I was expecting the worst but it was totally fine. This coming from an Irish person that can only tolerate moderate to medium spice and hates plumbers that make my lips feel like I pressed them against an iron. Quite honestly this is mild compared others that I’ve tried but the kicker is that it actually works.At 40 after being a smoker all through my 20’s, my top lip has lost a lot of its volume and my bottom isn’t as full as it once was. I especially have issues with the sides of my top lip which are starting to turn downward. I will get filler eventually but I’ve never come across a product that not only did I tolerate but actually did inflate those problem areas noticeably within a few minutes and didn’t leave my lips looking like I just kissed poison ivy. I’m super impressed.This lip plumper is a home run for me. It works much better that higher end ones I’ve tried at a fraction of the cost and the tingle/burn whatever you want to call it was probably the most bearable that I’ve tried in a very long time.I’m actually going to buy two others colors after I post this review.

really pretty color, lots of shine, plumping effect lasts maybe an hour, i wouldn’t use it in place of a chapstick personally, because it is slightly uncomfortable to wear (as goes with all plumping products), but it does have a nice moisturizing effect. i think this is one of the cheaper options for plumping lip glosses, but if you still want to go for a name brand, this is a good one. while the plumping effect only lasts about an hour, the lipgloss itself will stay for longer than that. maybe two hours if you aren’t doing much with your mouth. i don’t wear this every day, its more of a special accessory i bring out sometimes, but still, you get a lot of wears out of this tube. again, i don’t wear it everyday, but the value for what you get seems good. definitely works for what it is

Maybelline Lifter Plump es un gloss muy picante, si no toleras el picante en las comidas entonces no es apto para ti, de entrada huele bien como a menta con canela, el tamaño del gloss me encanta es pequeño para llevarlo en el bolso, el color me súper encantó por eso lo pedí, deja un brillo muy lindo en tus labios, ahora entrando en tema con el maxi lip la primera vez que lo usé no lo pude tolerar, y como es un poco escurridizo digamos que me llegó hasta la lengua, si vas a ir a una cena, comida o algo que involucre comer o beber no lo uses, porque lo llevarás justo a tu paladar. La segunda vez que lo use pude sentir menos el picor, me apliqué un bálsamo unos minutos antes para hidratar mis labios y luego lo retiré para utilizar el gloss Lifter Plump de Maybelline y ya lo pude tolerar, mis labios se engrosaron 1 milímetro tal vez, no fue mucho, pero el color una vez que pasa el picor es bello. Me encantó, lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que quieren lucir un brillo y labios carnosos.
