For the smell alone – you should get it
this smells absolutely amazing. using it to slick back my hair has been so easy and honestly it made my hair feel so soft after brushing it through at the end of the day. my slick back styles have never been better. i use in conjunctions a boar hair brush & nexus’s hair wax to really get my flyaways from leaving.

Slick back cream
I’ve had mixed results with this. When I apply lightly it does mostly hold my frizzies back but I can’t get a slicked back style. I apply more and I get more of that “slicked back” look but still some curl escapees! This might work better for non curlies to hold a slicked back style.It washes out easily afterwards and doesn’t damage my hair.

Game changer for frizzy fly aways!
My teenage daughter has really long hair that she loves to style in a ponytail and/or braid. Her hair has some curl to it so she has quite a few fly aways along her forehead and on the top of her head, which she hates. She’s been using her brothers gel, which keeps the fly aways back, but gives her that really crusty feel in her hair which she also hates. We are a big fan of L’Oreal Paris so when I seen this styling cream I knew we had to give it a try.This is a nice size bottle and we really like the style of the bottle. It sits upside down so you are never shaking the bottle to get the creme out. It squeezes out very easily and a little goes a long way. This also smells amazing! It has a very light citrus scent that is faint and only lasts while it’s on your hands and putting it in your hair. It smells so amazing my daughter wishes it was stronger and lasted all day. This is like a lotion but not thick at all. My daughter puts less than a dime size amount in her hands, rubs them together and applies it to her hair. She runs her hands all through her hair and pays close attention to the top of her head and where those fly aways are. This dries very nicely and does not have that crunchy texture nor does it look heavy and sticky. It seems to stay most of the day for her and she’s really happy with it. What she really likes also is how it makes her hair feel when she washes it. She swears it makes her hair softer and silky after she rinses this out of her hair. We have paid so much over time to try and find her the perfect product, wish we would have known about this sooner. This is definitely a game changer for my daughter and those frizzy fly aways!

Conditioner like product
Smells amazing and is the perfect product for a “wet” look. This doesn’t dry like a typical gel. Instead is acts like a thick conditioner that due to weight holds your hair. I like it, I’ll continue to use it for ponytail looks but would like to explore other items in this lineup that dry.

Loving This on Frizz Days
This styling cream is wonderful for not only taming frizzy ends, but making them look and brush well enough to be presentable. The name in the title of the product is misleading – this is NOT strictly a slick-back cream. It is a light non-greasy styling cream which goes onto hair and is absorbed. It’s easy to apply, and offers good control over dry or not-dry frizzy/flyaway hair. It leaves a fresh finish, not stiff or shiny or clumped. I’m so glad I found this!
