Nice lightweight cream, EXCEPTIONAL customer service
This cream is all wrong for my skin type, but I’m still giving it a 5-star review and here’s why:1) The cream itself is great quality: it has healthy ingredients, is a nice texture, goes on smoothly and without making my face feel greasy. It’s just very lightweight, which would be great for someone with oily/combination skin and/or during the summer months, but isn’t enough for my very dry skin in the winter.2) The company is a small business, which I prefer to support over the big guys, and their products are of great quality. I also ordered the vitamin c serum and that has been a godsend for my dry, uneven skin. In just two weeks it’s made my skin noticeably smoother, softer, more even, and has diminished my undereye puffiness like you wouldn’t believe. These guys make fantastic products!3) The customer service at this company is AMAZING. When you order, they send you a thank-you email with detailed information on how to use the product and info on how to contact their customer service department directly. After you’ve had the product for a week or two, they send a follow up to see how things are going. (This level of engagement might sound obnoxious to some-myself included-but I promise it’s not pushy, but rather is done in a really unobtrusive and helpful way.) The really exceptional part is that when I wrote back to say that this cream wasn’t right for my skin type, their customer service rep contacted me in less than 24 hours and offered to send me a jar of their eye cream, which is heavier and apparently used by many of their customers as an all-over face cream, completely free. I get the impression that they don’t want to just make a quick buck, but want to make sure that you have exactly the right skin care regimen for your individual skin type–they’re goal is clearly to create longterm, loyal customers. This is some old school customer service, in the BEST way!

Great moisturizer for dry sensitive skin!
I’ve been using this moisturizer for more than 3 years now, and I’m not changing it anytime soon!!Pros:-Amazing for dry, sensitive skin—it keeps my face feeling super hydrated without any irritation.-The texture is so nice! It’s lightweight but still gives my skin the moisture it needs.-Love the rose and pomegranate extracts—they make it feel fancy and add a nice, subtle scent.-It absorbs super quickly, so it’s great under makeup or sunscreen.Cons:-The container doesn’t fit my cosmetic bag sometimes.-Sometimes you have to pump the bottle multiple times to get product out.Final Thoughts:This is hands-down one of my favorite moisturizers. It keeps my skin soft, smooth, and happy all day. If you’ve got dry or sensitive skin, I definitely recommend it!!

Turned into separated mush in a month. Smells strange from day 1.
First off, when it arrived, it didn’t smell great, it was ‘ok’ but a little strange. One month later, this turned into separated goo on a road trip to the mountains, in April, in the northeast US, it was quite the chilly day I was wearing a coat and the thing was mush by the time I opened it that night. None of my creams has ever done that and I didn’t want to use it again, it smelled gross. Wasted money. Here’s the photo and video.**** UPDATE ****The seller is initiating a refund and sending a new improved product. I have updated the review from one star to three because of the seller response. *The seller marked my comment “not helpful” and that leaves a negative feeling on my end. I will update the review again after trying the new product.****UPDATE****9/18/2017I had meant to write an update about this earlier.Someone reminded me to in the comments. The replacement product did not turn into mush. As my old video and photo is no longer representative of the new product I am considering deleting them. Please write in the comments if you agree, your opinion about removing my original video and photo.The updated product was not special in my opinion. Creams are difficult to write reviews for as everyone’s skin varies so much. On my dry skin it did not do much. I also have sensitive skin and I had no problems with a rash or breakouts, or anything like that, when applying to my face. It didn’t moisturize as much as I would have liked it to, instead, it dried onto the surface of my skin like a film. When a few minutes passed by, I touched my skin and still felt dry. So it didn’t feel oily after application. But I would prefer it to feel as if it had hydrated my skin. So I have it a 2nd application over top of the 1st, after it dried, but it was the same. Like a little dry film on my skin. Maybe the product has gone through several upgrades by now. This is based on the replacement product I received a long time ago.

This is a great product! I love the hydration it provides. I just started using it but I am loving it so far!

This face cream is great! It is one of my favourites now as it smells subtly good, is wonderful for sensitive skin, and is reasonably priced.
