Broken pump
The pump dispensed 1 teaspoon of product, then stopped working. So I cannot remove the product to tell you if it worked or not. The way the container is designed is to prevent oxygen from touching the conditioner. The base will go upwards as it is dispensed, preventing any air from entering the container. So I don’t know what would happen to the conditioner if I broke the container open and moved it to a regular jar. I read the reviews about a bad pump on the product and decided to give it a try anyways and got burned. It may be best if they just sell this in individual use pouches.

Great product, terrible packaging
The product itself is great. It’s nice and thick and left my hair feeling well moisturized after usage. I like that it is fragrance free as my scalp can be finicky.However, the packaging is zero stars. I used the mask one time and now the pump does not work at all. I tried getting the pump off so I could access the product that way and couldn’t. Please reconfigure the packaging as I am extremely disappointed that I now have to buy a new mask due to package malfunction.

Love that it is unscented
I love that this hair mask is unscented. It seemed like I needed to use a ton of this because it was soaking into my hair. But then, it seemed to foam up?? I realized that I’d used way too much. It was a big odd. It did do a nice job on my hair. I wish it was a little more moisturizing. I think this would be perfect for ‘normal’ hair. My hair is super curly and very dry and it wasn’t ‘enough’ for my hair.

Great for a conditioner or hair mask
I use this once weekly as a hair mask/conditioner, or on my wash days. It is very hydrating for your hair and I would highly recommend leaving this in 2-5 minutes for it to work its magic. I would highly encourage the use of this product and use in conjuction with cool/cold water to wash it off. Your hair will thank you.Great formula, no BS ingredients, clean packaging too sits nicely in the shower.
