It’s still a great product and I will continue to finish my bag but it’s slightly off for my flavor preference.That said, I’ll likely try the unsweetened version next time to have more control over the sweetness. If you prefer a milder and pre-sweetened option, this might be worth a try. If you’re like me and have specific tastebuds and prefer a strong matcha flavor, you may want to experiment with unsweetened blends.

Too light
Taste wise this was good, just like something you would pay $7 for at a cafe however I bought the 17 ounce container thinking it would last me a long time. I usually make medium sized iced matchas and if I use one scoop as the instructions recommend the flavor and color is just too light. I usually use 2 scoops for one cup and I ended up running out very fast. I think it would be better to buy a matcha that’s more concentrated because even though this seems like the quantity is a lot it’s a bit deceiving.

This might be one of the best non traditional matcha powders I’ve bought. It has a sweet but not overbearing taste, it dissolves nicely, and it has a great colour.At first I was sifting the powder, worried about any of the little pieces people posted in reviews but I found the taste a bit dull so I decided not to sift it and it added a lot to the taste. It also dissolved nicely, not leaving behind any pieces.It’s also a great price for such a big amount! I wasn’t worried about buying this for the first time since it wasn’t that much. With a lot of matcha powder, especially traditional ones, they’re much more expensive so it’s a bigger investment into the product. This was a great find though and for the quality and taste the price is a steal!When looking at other reviews the only real bad thing I found others saying about it was that it was too sweet but this is sweetened matcha powder, I specifically bought it due to the sweetness. So if you enjoy sweeter matchas then this is a great buy! It tastes somewhat similar to a Starbucks matcha latte which was what I was looking for in a powder.Amazing matcha powder for a great price!
