Hers Shampoo and Conditioner.
I like the performance of this shampoo and conditioner. The only down side is the scent. It doesn’t have a particularly pleasant scent. Will use this up and will most likely not order again because of the scent.

Love the volume, hate the scent
I have fine and oily hair. This shampoo definitely gives me more volume and hair stays clean longer. I was so sad with the scent. It reminds me of dog shampoo. If the scent could be changed, I would definitely order again

Great for shedding hair
Been dealing with thinning hair due to thyroid issues. I used to have thick hair that was easy to style. Since using the HERS shampoo the shedding has been at a minimum and this is a thickening shampoo/conditioner. Does not dry my hair out, easier to style and gives volume. I still use a styling product with this.

Not worth the hype
Not your drug store volume shampoo! I have fine hair, have always used a volume booster regimen. I ordered this after reading the reviews. I wash my hair about 3 times a-week, used this product for about 4 weeks. Did not see any difference, my hair felt no change and actually less volume after use. Does not swell hair shaft like OTC products. I agree the smell is not a pleasant smell, kind’da like a glycerin odor. It does latter and rinses out well.

Lots of comments about the smell, and I agree. I’m a smells person and I don’t like it. The smell only lasts while using the product, can’t smell it after getting out of the shower. Saying that, I bought the product to get volume to my hair, not to make my hair smell good. I can put up with a couple minutes of the smell in order to get all day volume. It does help with volume.

HERS are great products but…
HERS makes great shampoos and conditioners. They definitely do what they claim in terms of volume. This combination has given me more volume than any of the other similar products I have used in the past. The one big complaint I have echoes what a few others have said – the packaging needs to be improved. The product – especially the conditioner – is thick and can be difficult to get it all out of the bottle especially when you get down near the end. This is true even if you take off the squeeze cap. I am not sure what alternative packaging can work better but the current option is frustrating and needs to be improved.
