great razor
I recently picked up the GilletteLabs Exfoliating Bar Shaving Razor, and I have to say, it’s been a great addition to my shaving routine. I was a little curious about the exfoliating bar at first, but it really makes a difference. The bar helps prep my skin, removing any buildup and leaving a smoother surface for the razor to glide over. I noticed that my shaves have been much more comfortable and closer since using it, without that typical post-shave irritation.What really sold me, though, was the travel case. I travel for work a lot, and I’ve had my fair share of broken or messy razors in my bag. This case keeps everything secure and organized, and I don’t have to worry about the razor getting damaged or all gunked up with shaving cream. It’s small, sleek, and does the job perfectly. I’ve been using this razor daily, and I’ll definitely be taking it with me on my next trip—it’s the perfect combo of practicality and performance.

this was a hit with my husband
I am the default shopper of the household and keep the daily necessities in stock; usually without much fuss or fanfare. I can tell you with confidence that no other personal care product has ever gotten the response of this razor.My husband came out of the the bathroom rubbing his face saying, “oh my goooooooood, it’s the best razor of my life!” in very dramatic fashion. I got to hear all about the “pivoty disc thing” and the fearlessness with which he could shave his Adam’s apple because of the responsiveness. His enthusiasm was hilarious and unexpected and absolutely worth the price of this razor. This is an excellent razor at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Amazing close, knick-free shave… but at what cost?!
Does this razor leave my skin as smooth as if I had waxed? YES. With no knicks or razor burn? Also YES. Am I devastated that I know this is a reality and that replacement blades are so much more expensive than I was paying previously? YES x 1000. This razor kit is a great gift or stocking stuffer for anyone who wants to remove hair from the face or body, but they might also rue the day when they have to get replacement blades. My only other gripe is the case doesn’t have any blade storage, so if travelling and needing to bring a refill blade it’s all loosey goosey in my toiletry bag. I will say these blades last longer than typical disposable blades, but they are still needing a change after a few goes.

This kit has everything you need to start and everything in the kit is fantastic. This has been the best razor I have ever had. The exfoliating bar works wonders and the blades are nice and sharp! This is a manual shaver with no motor but it doesnt bother me at all. Great Razor and Blades!

I have been a Gillette Fusion user since they came out around 2005. I am really pleased with this update. The blade glides so smooth over my face, it feels like it’s not doing anything, but when I’m done my face is smooth with no more whiskers. It’s so good.

GilletteLabs With Exfoliating Bar
Another great shaving kit from Gillette. The kits gives me a nice close, smooth, and clean shave and I really like the included travel case for taking this with me on the go! I’ve historically been a Fusion guy when it comes to shaving because of irritation other blades cause on my sensitive skin, but this new kit has become my new go to! Overall a great kit you should try and I am happy I decided to order and give a try!

Best razor I’ve ever had
To start, the handle has a comfortable contour that allows for a firm grip against my face. I really appreciate how the head of the razor pivots back and forth, gliding smoothly over my skin for a clean and refreshing shave. It provides an exceptionally close shave. Additionally, the travel case is fantastic; it fits perfectly and features a magnetic closure that snaps shut securely.

Premium razor from Gillette Labs
I’ve been using Gillette razors for as long as I can remember. My regular razor is the Gillette Power razor which comes with a tiny motor that causes the blades to vibrate while shaving.This unit does not have the motor. It has a solid premium feel to it. The blades are specific to the Gillette Labs series of razors and the connecting point is different than the Mach series so you will not be able to interchange the blades.Overall I thought this razor gave me a close, smooth shave. However, I still prefer the Power series as I find the vibration makes it easier to get a close shave with less skin irritation. The Gillette Labs blades cost more than the Mach series although they claim they will last 50% longer.If you prefer a non-power razor, this is probably the best you can get, outside of the upgraded model which also heats the blades while shaving. It comes nicely packaged with a solid carrying case and three blades so it could also make a great gift.
