    This is the third time I’ve bought Laila perfume. Love the sent. This was the first time I could not open itSo I was going to return it and replace, that’s when I found out you cannot return. I called seller and had to leave a message. We will see if they call back. I then had several other people try to open it. Is there a trick? We looked on YouTube nothing informative. We then ran it under hot water and that did the trick.
