I’ve used the Loreal Liss Ultine Serum for years and could never find a good replacement here in the states. Then I found this! The texture is very similar to the Loreal one which I love. Its a light slippery shiny dimethicone type of serum, so it leaves the hair shiny and protects the hair from heat. I apply a small (dime size) amount to my damp hair before blowdrying, and it turns my naturally wavy, frizzy hair to sleek, shiny, straight and manageable hair. You need to be careful with the amount of product though. A little goes a long way. If you overuse it, the hair gets weighed down easily and becomes greasy quickly. So I find that I need to wash my hair more often. But if you use a small quantity, it makes your hair look beautiful. I’m not sure if the ingredients are good/safe, but I dont apply it to my roots so it’s not a big deal. I have medium length, Indian black hair that is naturally wavy and frizzy – if that helps.

The listing for this uses a blurry photo of the bigger 6 fl oz bottle which I didn’t think twice and ordered it because I thought I was getting a deal. Turns out this is so tiny. For the price you can get a much bigger bottle at the store. This listing should be removed for being misleading.

However *see photo* The large bottle from my local hair & beauty shop (8fl.oz + 50% more) is priced at £7.99. The much smaller bottle – my new order is 6fl.oz + 50% priced at £9.99! Couldn’t find 8fl.oz online anywhere.
