Quietly tucked away in the industrial district of Portland was the pharmacy that was started by accident. In 1904, Dr. Robert Heldfond Sr. developed a healing base cream in his drugstore for burn patients. Discovering its moisturizing powers, he added vitamins E & B5, creating eb5 cream, a formula to help prevent aging.
His son Robert Heldfond Jr., later launched the brand, which grew to be stocked in JC Penney, serving millions across the U.S

I like that I can feel a little tingling from the alphahydroxy acid. It goes away after a minute or less for me. Takes away the excess makeup I missed after washing my face.

My mom has been using eb5 products for 20 years and her skin looks amazing. I thought I would give them a try since my skin is starting to show it’s age :(The scent is pretty unremarkable, not bad but not necessarily good either. But the scent doesn’t matter so much as how it works. First impressions good, my skin felt taught and moisturized after first use. A little goes a long way. Will have to give it more time of use to decide if it delivers on the firming claim!

excellent cleaning and toning
Wanted to use this product for a good length of time to see if I was getting any positive results. I believe it cleanses my skin thoroughly after washing, based on observable residue from cotton pads and it feels squeaky clean, not dried out or stinging at all. I like the results after weeks of use so would recommend and buy again.

Nice feel, Alcohol Free
This toner has a nice feel when applied and since it doesn’t contain alcohol, doesn’t seem to dry out my skin like some other toners I’ve used in the past. I use this product every night on my face and neck before bed and both feel clean and my skin feels firm after using.The only negative for me was the scent. I prefer a light citrusy scent in a toner (somehow it seems to make it feel more refreshing!!). This toner is unscented, but seems to have a very light medicine type of smell.I tried and liked the eb5 Anti-Aging face cream a few years ago after a recommendation from a friend, but with age I am trending toward lighter texture facial products, like serums. I plan to try the eb5 serum next.

I bought this for my daughter because I heard great things about it and the reviews were good. She has pretty difficult skin to please and not all products works well on her face. BUT, this one did everything it is supposed to and more. Not only did her skin clear up quickly, but it was no longer dry and flaky. It became much smoother and such a nice texture for acne prone skin. She was getting compliments after a week of use. Love it! Will purchase again!

Strong smell and can cause acne
I ordered this product as a replacement for a really expensive brand I used to use. I wasn’t super impressed with this product. My skin is prone to acne breakouts and this toner definitely made me breakout in a matter of days. The smell is pretty strong too. If you don’t normally get acne, this product is still worth trying out! It definitely moisturized my face.
