HOW TO USE
Step 1
Rub the product between your hands and apply on soaking wet hair with the “praying hands” method, smoothing from top to ends.
Step 2
Flip your head upside down and scrunch gently with upwards motions to encourage curl to spring back and form their pattern.
Step 3
Air dry or diffuse. Make sure you flip your head in all directions while drying to increase volume. Do not touch hair while drying.
Step 4
Once completely dry, scrunch again to ‘break the cast’, the crunchy feeling gels greate, and make your hair super soft and bouncy.

MOSITURE & DEFINITION – The Soufflé is a moisturiser AND a medium hold styling gel all in one! It is a styling gel with a unique texture, a semi-solid jelly which provides moisture, bouncy hold and definition to any curl type.
HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS – After it is applied, the Soufflé creates a slight “cast” on the curls, which traps moisture inside and gives definition. This will feel slightly hard to the touch while the curls are drying, but once they are completely dry you just need to gently “scrunch” your hair upwards to break the cast and reveal soft, defined curls.

My curls look shiny and very soft to the touch! my curls last for days . I’m going to purchase this again. Gives fantastic hold and works better than any other product I’ve ever tried in 30 years. Having a stylist use and watching her helped me also understand how to use and Icombine it with other curlsmith products.

weird texture, but gives decent hold
I don’t feel like this product gives super strong cast/hold, but it does pretty well on my long, medium textured 2B hair. I get soft curls and nice waves for a couple days. My fave thing is it doesn’t make my hair feel heavy, greasy or gunky. I hate washing my hair (thanks ADHD 🤣) so I really hate it when a product makes my hair feel dirty on day one. I’ve tried many of their products and only been disappointed by one, so love this brand.

Great Brand
I bought this for my mom who has really curly hair and she absolutely loved it! She says it keeps her curls hydrated and silky and the smell is personally my favorite thing about it. We did order a second one after the first one was gone and the second came in as if it exploded during shipping but thankfully we were able to get it solved:)

Not like it used to be
This has been a life saver for my weird combo hair texture for several years. I normally buy this at Ulta as it’s the only place you can buy it. With the nearest one 2 hours from me, I decided to buy on Amazon. I trusted it came from CurlSmith as it was the store name on here.The ups and downs. The up part is, the consistency is back like the original. The down part is the aloe has been pushed up higher on the ingredient list (see pics). I am allergic to aloe at a higher amount and now my scalp is now broken out, along with my hands. The other down part I have is the smell is not even the same as the last 3 jars I’ve had.So, either this is fake or CurlSmith has changed again.

I hv bn through a lot of gels. This one is great doesn’t make hair crunchy. I Love It. It does hv weird feel but just put it on it works. My hair is semi curly helps define my curls. U may need to work with it to determine the amount u need to use

Instant melting in hand, good moist and texture, good value for money. One down side, difficult to scoop with fingers as is very jellylike. May be to change container to tube. The product is excellent. I recommend it.

I haven’t used this as the product container is so cheap, it leaked during transit. Incredibly disappointed as I have been very happy with the smaller tube product and wanted to save by purchasing the larger version. About 1cm of the product has been lost already. Seeking some kind of refund.
