I buy the COVERGIRL Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner most often for my upper eyelid cause it allows for a nice thin black line. My hand isn’t very stead to do the liquid eyeliner so this works best for me.

Meh.
It goes on very smooth and easy. It smudges and comes off just as easily. It doesn’t claim to be long-wearing or smudge proof so it’s hard to hold that against it. It’s very inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Decent for the price.

Received the product. 1 of the 2 eyeliners doesn’t move up thus it is useless. Can’t return or contact seller. Just want a replacement.

I love that it was so cheap for two! I love this style of eyeliner and this is the best I’ve found so far. Easy to make wings, not thick so you can make smaller eyeliner lines or thick ones, and glides on easily.

I have alopecia, and I have no eyelashes. I’m not a fan of fake eyelashes, but I also don’t like the look of bare skin right above my eye.Since losing my eyelashes, I’ve tried every eyeliner I can get my hands on, and this is the best so far.It does smudge if rubbed and it does come off after a while, but it looks good when on and it’s very easy to put on the top waterline, which is where I want it.
