For me it is hard to remove. It doesn’t smear however coming from a long day at work the color is still there and have to wipe a little bit harder to remove it. I love this color and plus blue is my favorite color!

Easy Application!
This was definitely an easy application and I was obsessed with the color , the quality was great and it was waterproof. The texture was soft and very easy for me to apply. It did however, not have as much product as I liked, and I went through it very quickly.

The eyeliner seems nice but the one I got doesn’t twist up at all!! So I was able to use it once (it smudged horribly) and haven’t been able to get any product up since. Very disappointing.

This is my favorite eyeliner and the only covergirl product I use. If I set this with setting powder it stays put for all 8 plus hours at work. That’s saying a lot since I have hot flashes and do physical work. No matter how much I sweat it stays put. I usually use Urban Decay eyeliner , however for $15 less this works much better. This does not disappoint.
