I find this much too dry to use as an eyeliner, BUT: it makes a great charcoal eyebrow pencil! Just dark enough, not at all harsh, and no dreaded brown or red tones. Best eyebrow pencil I’ve found so far!

I was not happy with the usual black and brown shades, neither worked with my dark brown, going grey, brows. I got this in grey and it is the purfect color for me. The blender tip is very useful. Super happy with it.

I have used this perfect blend over the years and love it. I use the smoky brown color, but wanted to try the charcoal. I find the charcoal a little dark, thus I will try the dark brown as a liner with my smoky brown. It is an excellent price, good product and water proof.
