Breakage issue
Others commented about the tip breaking off when you try to use it after sharpening. I had the same problem. Is Cover girl ever going to fix this?

10 years of poor product
I’m washing my hands clean of this product. I’ve been using this brow pencil for 10ish years and every single pencil is defected. As soon as I sharpen it well enough, the whole core/actual pencil falls completely out. This results in having to resharpen the pencil, which wastes 10%+ of it every time. And don’t sharpen it too well or it’ll happen again and before you know it, you’ve sharpened your pencil down to a nub before you could barely even use it. You’d think they would’ve fixed this over the years. The only reason I continued using it is because I couldn’t find another similar pencil (that’s actually a pencil).Well I’m here to tell you, STOP BUYING THIS PRODUCT THAT IS WASTED BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF QUALITY! I now use the red Maybelline Expert Wear pencil and I’m so happy I found it but so disappointed that I kept buying a bad product. I’m sure I’m one of thousands over the years with this feedback and yet the pencil was always poorly made.Covergirl, use all your money and resources to make a decent product, most certainly if you make a product that is continuously faulty and would be easy to fix.

Rich Brown pencil has reddish undertones
Pencil is very nice, but color not right for my skin tone. I bought Rich Brown. This has definite reddish-brown undertones. I won’t be able to use, because I need more neutral medium brown, no reddish undertones. But the pencil itself is very nice.

This is literly useless trust me there’s zero pigment it’s not even showing up on my brows literly no difference for before and after and when i saw it doesn’t work for my brows i tried using as a lip liner and doesn’t even work as a lip liner either the product is dry and not creamy at all would give this a zero if i could!
