This started out well…I’m fair to medium toned and this was a little light for me, but I was okay with it. It blends in. It is not full coverage, but again I was okay with it. It didnt crease much near my eyes which i had hoped for. Had I reviewed this after the first use or two it would have been a decent review. The problem is that my skin soon dried out. I dont wear makeup daily and on days i didnt wear it I was okay. I was wondering if it was the product. This past weekend I wore it three full days in a row. My face felt like I had a mask on. Like when you let school glue dry on your hand…that kind of feeling. My face burns, itches, is bumpy and scaled. It is like a bad sunburn times ten and it is peeling. It also made the top part of my cheek area swell. I’m so dried out I almost have wrinkled patches. I have never had an issue with skin sensitivity so I am surprised by this. I look awful. Before I ordered it I did consider that half the reviews were not good, but I thought for the price I would give it a try. I never expected this. In my opinion save yourself and move on. If you try it and like it…great. For me never ever again. Awful.

Foundation did not match my natural skin tone.
Color does change after a while applying to my face, but is lighter than my natural color. Personally I have mixed feelings about the color being lighter, makes me look ghostly.

Works for me
I have freckles and I always use light shear foundations so for me this is wonderful smells good easy to apply and cheap. I think when I’m darker in the summer I won’t use it but I don’t usually use foundation during the summer anyways. If you want heavy coverage this isn’t for you.

Doesn’t have much to do with color or coverage
As far as I can see this is basically a pore filler. It doesn’t have much to do with changing color, except to even out my skin. The opaque while disappears, leaving your natural skin color. It sort of makes any reddish spots blend it and in general, gives a better, smoother appearance.There’s a You Tube commercial with an older lady just smooshing it all over her face and blending it in. That’s how I use it too, no delicate touching and blending, just slap some on and spread with fingers until your whole face has been covered. I like it a lot. It makes the skin on my face look good, but completely non made-up because it isn’t make up.

I really wanted to like this Foundation but it was a disappointment
I will start with the good. It really did match my skin tone which is amazing! But there’s lots of bad. This foundation even over my base layer of pore eraser settled into those craters and looks awful. Some areas that don’t normally show my pores like on my chin now have visible pores everywhere! areas I wanted it to cover like some dry patches and red areas it didn’t cover at all. the texture of it feels oily. I kept trying to blend it in and it just sat on top of my skin. With about a 20 minute window it does appear to be Better with the pores but still no coverage on red areas. Also I predict in the heat of summer it would slide right off. I may try again without my pore eraser and see what happens but I really don’t have much hope. My skin type is mature with dry and oily combination patches. The fragrance of it is just blah.

I am now a dried-face ghost
I was so excited to hear about this product. Tried it the minute it arrived, first putting on a little primer.It came out of the dispenser white and stayed white on my skin. I have a medium dark complexion (think Kerry Washington) and I looked positively dead. I thought it might have been the primer or that I used too much, so I washed my face, tried a different primer on half my face and tried again.This time I left the mirror for 20 minutes (to see if it would “settle”) and looked again. I was still ashy pale (it never adjusted to my skin tone) and my face was feeling drier. I just had to wash it off, my face was beginning to hurt.I finally did what I should have done in the beginning: a spot check on the back of my hand. The color adjusted this time, but it was still very dry.I’ll try it again over the weekend and add a little skin tint. But I definitely need to moisturize before wearing it. If I come out looking ghostly again, I’ll return it.
