Great conditioner
I wasn’t expecting great results with this conditioner, especially since I wasn’t combining it with the recommended shampoo. Scent wise, the smell was a bit off putting, but once I got it on my hair (and after washing out, especially) it wasn’t as big of an issue as I feared.It really did exceed my expectations. I applied it just as directions stated after shampooing, leaving it for about 3 minutes until I rinsed it off. Even before drying my hair, I could tell it was much better than any of my other conditioners – my hair was tangle free and it didn’t feel “tight” when I brushed it out with the comb.After styling and drying my hair as normal, wow, my hair was soft, I didn’t have any fly away hairs that immediately annoyed me and my hair felt nice and, well, moist, without looking like it was greasy or heavy.My only complaint with this is the pouch it comes in. This is not a one time use amount. A tiny bit goes a long way. The pouch is awkward to stand up where all my shampoo and conditioners are and keeps falling over. While the cap seems to be fairly tight, I’ve had other similar lids let in a bit of water when on the side, ruining the whole container. Hopefully this one will not have the same problem, because it is pricey for the amount you get, but again, a little goes a long way so the pouch should last several months using it a couple times a week.

Love it – leaves hair, soft, silky and smooth without residue, and smells great
Wow – this is the best dry hair treatment I’ve used. My hair is fine, not coarse, but it was very dry after a winter without great care. I followed instructions and applied this after shampooing. As soon as I massaged it into my hair I could feel a difference. It is silky smooth and lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh your hair down. It smells AMAZING – like walking into a salon. The result was great – my rough, dry ends were smooth and there were no fly-away stray hairs. My hair feels like it does when I walk out of the salon after getting a cut and style – soft, healthy and shiny. It’s not an everyday conditioner, but great for use when your hair needs some TLC.I was a little worried about the package being hard to use, but I really liked it. It’s like a bag with a plastic spout that has a screw top. The bag is able to stand up by itself and the top is easy to get on and off. I love that I’ll be able to squeeze out every last drop of this great product.

This is an SOS hair mask…Not one you’d use prior to something special.
I am a fan of Biolage haircare and have dabbled with their shampoos and conditioners during store sales. Yet I wont give you some long drawn out weird review….. Explaining my life story and finding love in the hair care aisle.*Included photos of the package after one heavy use*Instead lets get into it….My hair:Length to my mid back. Color treated, abused hair that is naturally wavy with love and attention. I have scalp issues except I am not sensitive to any ingredients. My hair is dry and it can be unmanageable.*Day prior to trying this mask I did color my hair at home with box dye.*The Product:The Biolage Ultra Hydra Source Deep Treatment Mask is a total mouth full to say. I refuse to go into a store and ask where its located lol. That being said it also has a bunch of ingredients that do support its “intense hydration” claims.Salicylic Acid is a bit strange to add into a hydration product. I wont mark down a star or anything as I am not a cosmetologist nor do I claim to be educated in hair…. Yet I am a licensed skin care professional and *normally* salicylic acid is a bit stripping/drying. I see they are claiming it cleanses the hair so the hydration can actually penetrate. I am sure they had this formulated correctly yet I am unsure how the salicylic acid can act before the “hydration/butters” on the hair strand..I did do some research and it seems as though it *does* align with their claims. So my above was just somewhat my thought process.After use:I used the mask after I shampooed my hair in luke warm water. My hair was dry and fragile after dying it the day before. The mask IS thick and isn’t scented strongly. I applied a heavy amount to my ends and mid way way up my scalp (Avoiding roots).Thoughts after styling:This is not the type of mask that makes your hair look hydrated. The hydrated that looks pretty and shiny that is on camera. This is a mask that is an “SOS I need help my hair is failing me”.I personally like to use a mask prior to doing my hair for a special event. This is not one of those in my opinion.My hair is hydrated now. It looks and feels as normal. Nothing is wrong with what the mask did for my hair. I do feel it delivered promised results. Yet I do not feel like my hair looks any better.Ending thoughts:-This 3.3FL OZ goes a long way. I am actually surprised with how much I felt like I used versus the left over amount. I probably could get two more uses. Which would mean three masks per 3.3FL OZ.-I am not wow’d by it. Its okay and I do feel it is deeply hydrating. Maybe my hair isn’t as bad as I thought so I didn’t see insane results. Yet my hair just feels and looks as normal.-I probably at this time would not buy it again. I will cherish it as apart of my hair care kit for sure. Humbly it may just not be for my type of hair. So the results may vary. This is why I didn’t rate it lower.-It is a nice product, great science behind it and backed by hair professional and hair snobs. That is always a huge bonus. I personally like that its not slapped across every single instagramers account. The brand respects itself and lets its hard work and results do the work. I support that.That being said I am not going to lie to you about my personal experience. Yet take my review with a grain of salt as it is possible this mask was not made for my hair type.

Great hair mask
LOVE this hair mask! There are multiple treatments in this small bag and it will last me some time as this isn’t something I would use daily. I plan to use it every couple of weeks since my hair isn’t super dry. My teenage daughters have also tried this on their hair and they said they love the way it makes their hair feel afterward. It’s soft and silky. We definitely love this stuff!!
