Not For Me, But You May Love Them
As with a lot of personal care products, reviews are 100% based on personal preference. What I love, you may detest. Something I cannot stand may be your favorite product. Please take this review for what it is, my experience with this bath bomb set. I absolutely love bath bombs. Unfortunately, I do not love these. While I really loved the smell of these bath bombs, I do not like the way they made my skin feel. I fully recognize these are essential oil bombs designed for skin hydration and moisturization, but I felt like I had a weird film on me after my soak. It did not feel like I had been moisturized, but rather slathered in something off putting. I ended up taking a shower to scrub off the film. The other thing I should mention is the fizz. I personally do not care if bath bombs are effervescent or not, but these bath bombs are advertised as “fizzy,” so I feel obliged to mention this. There was no fizz. The bath bomb more or less just melted in the water and did not give off any bubbles. I personally would not use these bath bombs again, but you may absolutely love them. I hate rating personal care products poorly because I do not like them, so I am not going to take any stars away for the film it left on my skin. However, I am going to take one star away for the lack of fizz.

Smell so good!
The first thing you noticed when you open the box is the wonderful lavender fragrance that burst out at you. It just makes you want to stop and inhale the relaxing fragrance. When you open the box, you see four beautiful purple bath bombs sitting in a bed of shredded white paper. Apparently these are made from a recipe includes hemp and the lavender so you get an extra relaxing boost in your bath. I cannot wait to try them when I get a minute in my busy schedule to jump in my long bath, but in the meantime, I’m leaving the box open so I can smell that wonderful fragrance.

These have a strong lavender scent and definitely seem to have a moisturizing effect. It’s slightly fizzy, doesn’t really change the color of the water or anything. These bath bombs are also quite large.

Strong scent in the box; nice in the bath
Nightly bath taker here! 👋When the Lavender bath bombs arrived, I was concerned the scent would be fake and too strong to use the bath. I love the scent of natural lavender essential oil and so many lavender scented bath products smell processed and unnatural. So my expectations were low….Once in the bath, the bomb dissolves and the scent is very pleasant. Not a fan of the purple water – was concerned that it would stain my bath pillow – but it didn’t. The water actually felt moisturizing – which was a bonus.If you enjoy baths or know someone who does – these are great bath bombs. I recommend!
