Its super adjusted and hurts the ears, i try to make it more relax but end it breaking it, hurts lot the ears not recommended at all

Okay so this is supposedly a common thing among these types of mask… they hurt your ears. Like this one hurts really bad. I couldn’t use it for one night.I tried putting a string on it. It just doesn’t feel right…My next idea is to buy a sleep eye mask and put that around the mask to keep that on tightOn the other hand product works but you will definitely have pain
