Works well for me. 20 seconds in the microwave and the mask is warm for about 8 minutes. Very relaxing and sometimes puts me to sleep.

They are soft and work well. The only drawback is they do not hold the heat long but for the eyes, they only need to stay warm for 10-15 minutes.

Easy to use and very good compress
My eye doctor advised me when I complained of strained and dry eyes to do a warm compress on the twice a day. I’ve been doing that and my vision is much improved, especially at night when my eyes are tired. You just heat it in the microwave (follow the instruction so you don’t burn yourself!) and leave on for 15-20 minutes and your eyes will feel good as new. It helps dissolve any styes you might get as well.

Comfortable but easy to burn, be careful
I like how this feels on my eyes and the mask cover is nice. However, by my third use, I burned whatever seeds are inside, despite not microwaving for more than 60 seconds. The smell was horrendous and stuck around for over a day with windows open. I was able to remove the seeds, wash it, and replace with my own rice so I can continue using it.

Great mask for the price
I went to the eye Dr and was told I need to wear a heat mask for 10-15 for my eyes. Or I could use a wash cloth. Both heat in the microwave. I’m so happy with this mask. The masks at the eye clinic were $20 and this one was a 1/4th of the price. So worth it. Made well. And what I love about this mask is when I heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds it holds the heat in so much longer then a wash cloth. So easy to use and very effective. I’m going to order more for my friends.

These warm nicely, not too hot. Stay warm for the 10 minutes desired. Soft and just the right weight for eyes.
