Firstly, STICK IT TO WHAT YOU WILL BE WEARING IT WITH, not to your skin!!Place the pad into bikini, lingerie, yoga pants, sports attire, jeans, or any form fitting clothingI just wanted to clarify that right away because the product does not come with instructions. However if you’re ordering this, you probably already know that because a very specific niche of girls will search for this product.With that said… I tried this product with my favorite pageant swimsuits and it works great. The product remains pretty sticky and didn’t leave a residue on my swimsuit.The product does exactly as intended and prevents camel toe.

Whoever created these is brilliant
Thank god for these. Some leggings just aren’t built well and show EVERYTHING! I would have to choose shirts that covered my crotch with some leggings but these silicone inserts make it a non-issue. I don’t even notice it I’m using one. Do yourself a favor and buy them so you don’t have to worry about unflattering clothes!

TBH I don’t feel that works.
I’m skinny and my pants are loose, but have that problem with denim jeans. I tried to used these and I don’t notice a big difference tbh.
