I have tried so many high end and drug store foundations. And I have many favorites for different seasons, different conditions of my skin and different events in my life. I saw Dermacol foundation being used by a beauty YouTuber, Casey Holmes, and I was blown away by how the foundation applied and blended and how flawless her skin looked. I was happy with the price, but when I got it, I was a little surprised by the tube size. For whatever reason I imagined it would be bigger even though I knew the ounce size. But after using it i realized how little I needed. I’m using such a super small amount in comparison to my liquid foundations. And regardless of brush or sponge or fingertips, this foundation goes on like a dream. I do love the combo of applying this with my Clarisonic and the new makeup brush tool. My skin looks amazing, full coverage, and I have eliminated having to use concealer! It doesn’t dry down matte, it has more of a satin dewy finish, which i don’t mind because I apply translucent powder to my face anyway. And I will take a damp beauty blender and lightly bounce over top to take away the moisture excess. Everything I put on top goes on and blends so nicely, no cakey buildup. I will say I sometimes feel for my personal use, I may go back once to just hit powder in my tzone area, but thats typical of most foundations. Otherwise, it holds up exceptionally well on my face throughout the day. I work in a very busy hospital as a nursing assistant and it stays on nicely and have gotten so many compliments on how flawless it makes my skin look. It covers my blemishes, dark circles, and redness, and beauty marks. I honestly want to toss out all my other foundations because I can’t see using anything else. And I love the packaging, looks very expensive, and the metal squeeze tube makes it super travel friendly. No worry about broken glass. Overall, I say give it a shot! I would recommend going to the actual website to determine your shade. Mine makes perfectly after I did that. I will be purchasing a backup ASAP because I don’t want to run out, although with how little I need, I won’t get through this tube for quite a while.

YouTube had me like YES, until I bought it……
First off, let me give you a background of me, my skin, and why I bought this make-up. I am a 41 year old woman, and had acne as a young adult, so I have scars. I have mild crows feet, and dark circles under eyes that I was literally born with. Over all the texture of my skin is smooth, aside from the not too deep scars mainly on my cheeks. Insteps YOUTUBE, in all it’s glory with more than 75,000 videos on a product called Dermacol. I had just purchased the Mally Soft Focus Finish, and I am IN love with that product, but since the rage seemed to be Dermacol, I decided to try it for more coverage for the mild wrinkles, and for sure the acne scars. Now, I am not 100% sure this product is the real deal, but the packaging looks like it is. It was indeed very thick, and even though I watched 100 videos on which color is best for someone with my skin tone, the one I ordered was too dark. I decided to give it whirl anyway, thinking if it really worked like YouTube says it does, then I will order another tube in a shade lighter. I won’t be doing that. I am not sure WHAT matte looking make-up these girls on YouTube are using, but it’s NOT what I ordered. After applying the first layer I noticed right away that it felt like and oil slick, and smelled like an tire shop, rubber? Odd. My mild wrinkles now magnified to 1000 times worse, and the acne scars actually looked larger and deeper! EGAD! I was not OOOHHHINNNG and AHHHHING like the YouTube videos. I tried to apply a second coat, and while it did paint my face, the way that it coated it was horrific! I quickly got a washcloth and my face soap and removed it. ONLY, I couldn’t. After 5 clean washcloths, half a bottle of face soap, and even some shampoo, I was stained. It was not coming off. PLEASE beware. I also opened the bottle a little while later to make sure the cap was on and oil was oozing out of the tube. I couldn’t even cap it back up because my hand was too slick! While someone somewhere might be getting a great product, they aren’t all created equal, and not all faces are either. I’m sticking with the Mally Soft Focus, it has great coverage, smells great, and gives my skin a healthy clean glow.

Great coverage – gets on everything transfers all day!
Yes it gives 100% coverage with minimal product, a little bigger than a pea sized ball covered my entire face however that is where my compliments end. The texture and the tackiness even hours later was not something that I liked. I use both the setting powder and a setting spray and it still transferred all of my makeup tools my brushes have smudges all over them my jacket collar had white all over it because it transferred hours later I reached her something in my car and the makeup transferred and smeared across the seat when I hugged my husband it got on his shirt if this is not something that you can wear in a day-to-day life however if you’re taking pictures or trying to cover tattoos it’s absolutely perfect but it is not transfer resistant at all.

Works well for anyone with a hypopigmented scar and atrophic scars
I was hesitant to try this product after constant failures of trying super expensive foundations and none worked until now.. this product doesn’t really conceal the atrophic part of the scar on my nose but it did conceal the fact that it is hypopigmented for sure!I am amazed to say the least😀👍🏼I may just get some more tubes!

es lo que esperaba este producto lo recomiendo ampliamente solo lo aplico de una a dos veces máximo en mi día no deja residuos cubre perfectamente cada poro de mi rostro y se ve uniforme y acorde a mi tono de piel, llego antes de lo q esperaba

Im not fond of foundation and concealer but this changed my routine and have been doing so for at least 4 years now. I use it on top of my moisturiser, a small dab goes a long way. I don’t put powders on top of it, just a bit of blush and I got compliments that my skin looks dewy. It just works for my skin very well.
