It smells incredible when u open the pouch , your senses will be pleased , very flavorful, I’ve been using it almost everyday on things I cook I start by using a pinch just to see if the flavors “mash well”. I’ve always used in my cooking , so it’s difficult to judge compared to someone that just started using . I love put it on my tea with ginger and cinnamon. It’s wonderful and there’s no need to add sugar
