The packaging is quite vibrant and exciting. There are an interesting variety of masks here, many of which features skincare products that I’ve never heard of before, “Azelaicacid”,”Fullerene”, “NMF”..etc. So you sort of get more skincare education looking up what each specific type of mask is supposed to do.I tried the “galactomyces” mask, which apparently is a “nutrient dense yeast” which does things like brighten the skin and strengthen the skin barrier. It almost felt like it was stinging a little while I was wearing it, though I think it tingled more than anything and had a pleasant cooling feeling. Upon taking it off, my skin didn’t look irritated and the interesting tickly and cooling sensation lasted some time after the mask was off of my face. The product dried nicely. Not positive if it did anything, but it did make my skin feel nice.

Quite The Assortment
I really love the vibrant, fun designs of the individual packages, but I will note that there is not much English on them. The pictures with the instructions are pretty straightforward, and we were able to figure out what they advised for use.The face masks were pretty simple to put on. I had to modify mine slightly to fit my face better. I do want to comment that they do feel quite slimy to the touch, which could be an issue to those with sensory issues. While wearing the sheet mask, the ones I have worn feel quite cooling and refreshing. They have been slightly hydrating for my skin.Overall, it’s a nice variety with alot of different kinds to try, but admittedly I can’t indicate major differences between them, so far they all seem pretty similar. It’s still a funz simple way to do something nice for yourself.

Not for sensitive skin
While I wanted to love these, my skin did not. The scent right off the bat was overpowering, I could tell they would irritate my skin. After testing a few different kinds and deciding against it, I gifted them to my friend with tolerant skin and she loves them.

Moisturizing and fresh feeling
I usually use wash off masks but I thought I would give these a try. These are really convenient since I don’t need to use a washcloth repeatedly to try to get off every last bit of mask. These you just rub in the rest when you are all done and throw out the sheet. So easy. I’ve actually been storing each mask in the fridge for about 10 minutes before I use it, and it’s really refreshing that way. It gives it a really cool feeling putting the mask on right out of the fridge.I didn’t have any issues with irritations with any of the ones that I’ve used so far. The masks fit well, but there is definitely a learning curve to getting them to fit on correctly if you are like me and have never used ones like this before. they are comfortable on my skin and when I take them off, my skin does feel more hydrated and moisturized. So far I have been using these about once every couple weeks for some relaxing me time.

Big Combo Pack of Facial Masks
This is a huge set of face masks from Japan. There are 12 styles with 2 of each style included in the package. I’ve used 4 of them so far (collagen, hyaluronate, ceramide, and tea tree), they smell nice, it’s a sweetish floral scent. The description says geranium, I’m not sure I know what a geranium smells like, so we’ll go with that! They are heavily saturated with the active serum ingredient so they feel nice and cool and refreshing going on and there’s plenty left to massage into my skin after 20 minutes or so. It’s like a mini spa treatment at home. I feel like this is a great value since it’s 24 masks for about $16 (at the time of this review).All of the instructions on the individual packages are in Japanese and the English translation is on the outer wrapping. It’s basically open package, unfold mask, take off the backing, line up the eye, nose and mouth holes with your face, make sure there are no creases or wrinkles, enjoy the facial for 20 minutes or so, and rub in the remaining serum when you’re all done. I love them and am looking forward to trying out the rest. I think this would be a great stocking stuffer for anyone beauty conscious.
