I ordered this for myself. I have always like the fresh light smell. I could not find the product in any stores close to me to purchase it. So, I ordered it from Amazon. Thank you Amazon I would like to order dusting powder if I could find that as well

Just how I remembered it!!
I had been wearing Emeraude since my early teens, until the drugstore I lived near stopped carrying it. But when I saw that Amazon was selling it, I had to buy a bottle. At first, I thought it smelled a bit like grass and wet cardboard. But once it settled in and mixed with my body chemistry, The scent that I remembered came right back. I never truly judge a scent unless I have been wearing it for at least 30 minuets. Although, some scents are just plain awful at first whiff. Its long lasting, especially if you give yourself a second layer after the first one dries on your skin. I will definitely purchase this again. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the cap was broken in two pieces due to poor packaging. I was able to super glue the piece back on, so I didn’t bother returning it. I would definitely recommend it as long as you don’t judge it right out of the bottle. Given a short amount of time you will get that powdery, floral, citrus scent that is not overpowering. But is long lasting.

My product just arrived. Emrod is an nostalgic brand I wore as a teenager in high school. I looked forward to. smelling it again as a reminder of those times.Unfortunately, this product is completely rancid.
