Well this thing works and it works well. I mainly just use this as a flat iron and use my curling iron for curls but I bought this one to make sure I had the option for a 2 in one or to go back and forth if wanted to. I only deducted one star because…it’s heavy. And really that can be a good thing because it feels sturdy. But I really find it so heavy I have to prepare myself lol really 4.5 stars but had to notate just how heavy it is. But I guess that could mean sturdy. It’s an excellent but I highly recommend if your in need
