Customers say
Customers find the light fixture provides beautiful ambiance and adds a different vibe to their jacuzzi. However, the functionality and brightness receive mixed reviews – while some say it works well and creates nice relaxing lighting, others report it only works in intervals and becomes less bright after use. Moreover, the durability is poor as the fixture breaks after a few months, and the suction cup doesn’t stay in place. Additionally, the water resistance is concerning, with reports of water getting inside after two uses, and the value for money receives mixed feedback with some saying it’s worth every penny while others find it not worth the price.

Looks amazing in my hot tub, but rusty
Edit: Now it’s several weeks later, this light still works! I adjusted my rating and adding to my review because of the amazing customer service. After writing my original review below, the company contacted me and was proactive on correcting any issues. They went above and beyond any expectations. Again, even with a little bit of rust, this light still works. 💙I received this light six days ago. I’ve used it in my hot tub twice and water has obviously gotten inside and the battery port is already rusted. I had the lid screwed on firmly.I’m going to dry it out in the sun and try a layer of Teflon tape to see if that seals it up better because this light really is cool.I added two photos of my hot tub with the light on. The blue is amazing and chill and the green makes it look really witchy!💙💚🧙The remote works only when it’s about a foot- maybe 18” or less underwater. When I had the light at the bottom of the hot tub, the remote did not work. I simply pulled up the light to make the adjustments I wanted and put the light back.If you use the suction cup, I would peel the light off by slipping a fingernail under the edge of the suction cup, rather than just pulling on the unit. The rubber casing is quite thin and I would imagine it can tear easily.

Perfect
Update!! I Receives the replacement that they sent at no cost or hassel to me. It’s perfect! Very relaxing touch.I have to keep unhooking batteries to turn it off. Otherwise it stats on because there is no button on it and the remote doesn’t work at all.Nor going through the Hassel of returning. I wish they would just send another. I didn’t look at reviews. It’s a known problem.

Cursed Item
This light broke pretty much immediately and so far it’s only been used twice. It technically still functions but the remote only works about 10% of the time and it’s unclear what the problem is. At first, I thought it might not work when the light is submerged in the water but it occasionally will work when it’s underwater and sometimes it’ll randomly stop working before I ever fill up the tub and the light is still totally dry. The light itself will randomly start rapidly cycling through different colors which is super annoying and several times it’s turned on completely by itself and started doing this and the remote won’t work to turn it off so we’ve had to completely disassemble the light and take out the batteries (which really sucks when it’s woken you up at 2am to begin with). Every time it’s been used I’ve made sure to take the entire thing apart so the batteries and everything get a chance to dry out but this seemingly hasn’t helped at all. Unfortunately, I purchased this as a birthday present for my partner’s birthday and it wasn’t gifted or used until after the return window so I’m hoping the seller will do something to mend this.

An easy way to upgrade your bath experience! Love it!
I bought this light to go with a new luxury bath “bed” mat. We’re really enjoying it! It’s both interesting and soothing. Everything works as expected. It’s just the right brightness. I was worried the suction might give up prematurely but has not. It’s still stuck right where I first put it. Not sure how long it’ll last, but for now it’s a lot of fun! I’ll update this review if anything fails. So go for it!Update: After the first bath cycle I left the light attached to the side of the tub. When I tried it again a week or so later, it didn’t work. When I opened it, I found water and corroded batteries. I was disappointed and waited another week before replacing the batteries and trying it again. It worked, but one bulb was out and the remote didn’t work! I was glad at least the other bulbs worked (still pretty bright), but the light is less soothing in demo mode. After replacing the remote battery, fiddling with it, and repeating some incantations, the remote changed the light a few times and stopped again. It’s likely there’s an issue with the remote signal receiver in the light housing.Bottom line: For the price, this light is worth having for the fun of it. I may have under or over tightened the light before first use allowing water to seep in which could have affected the light bulb and sensor. So considering that, the fact it still mostly works, and the all around fun environment it creates, it’s still worth the price. BE CAREFUL WHEN SCREWING TIGHT THE LIGHT HOUSING.

Suction cup is worthless. The light itself is ok
Bought the light for my inflatable spa. The light itself is ok: brightness is good, remote works as it should. My problem was the suction cup and the cheap rubber material packaged in the box. As seen in the photos the rubber tore after the second time of putting it on the disc. Instructions recommend taking off the rubber and opening the disc after every use. Also as seen in the photos, the suction cup is oddly placed on the side of the rubber material, not in the center. During my first use of the product, the suction kept coming loose and the disc just floated up to the top of the tub….im guessing because it kept swaying side to side from the suction being placed in such an odd spot.Wouldnt recommend the product. Look elsewhere

So many color options!
This product is great for the cost! It’s compact but the light options are GORGEOUS and super bright! I’ve had no problems with the batteries or it being in the water, it holds up extremely well and no water seeps into where the batteries are. So worth it!

Worked for a solid month.
We have 2. Both were turned on the same day. One is already in the trash, the other still going strong. We got about a month out of it before it just started acting up. The blue light faded and stopped creating other colors. The blue light finally went out completely and it just strobes red.The other one still works great. I don’t know what to make of them

Bad remote
It’s really hard for the remote to turn it on or change the color. It has to be pointed right at it! It’s annoying

Ça fonctionne très bien mais l’eau empêche la télécommande de fonctionner. Il faut donc sortir la lumière du bain, changer et le replacer. Rien de dramatique

Worked for a brief amount of time then just stopped working after two weeks. I even changed the batteries but it was a no go. Not worth it
