The face oil/dropper – after a week of use as directed on the bottle there was no change of color and it smelled terrible of fake tan.The full body lotion – I showered, shaved and exfoliated as recommended and even though my skin isnt dry it stil was crazy streaky after it developed.

Perfect gradual tan building lotion. See results after first application and leaves skin smooth and non greasy. As always careful around dry areas; knees, elbows, ankles. But that’s all tanning products

I bought this thinking it would be like a regular gradual self tanner where the colour change shifts slowly. Well I was wrong. It could be that I’m in month 6 of winter and I’m the colour of a ghost but one application made me fairly tanned looking. The downside is I didn’t apply it nicely enough and now I’m a bit splotchy (I don’t know why companies don’t add that disappearing colour to these products so you can see where it’s applied) so I think this is better used how it says on the back, on already tanned people. The colour is a little orange but not bad (probably better on a tanned person).The smell is so nice when you apply it. It doesn’t have that terrible tan lotion smell until much later (I noticed the smell after about 10 hours, not overpowering but it was there)Anyways really good product just not probably very suitable for someone like me. I might try to mix it 50/50 with another lotion to make it more gradual. I’m excited to try other products from this brand now in the summer (if summer ever comes)

One application of this lotion is like applying a medium tanning lotion, it is not a gradual tan that you can apply every 1-2 days to gradually build color. The lotion itself smells nice, but the DHT tanning smell as the tan developed is quite strong and lasts 2-3 days. The first time I used it, I put it on before bed and I guess I needed to wait a lot longer for it to sink in, because the color got all over my sheets and didn’t wash out completely despite using OxyClean Maxforce stain remover.As for the good, it applies easily without streaking and fades pretty evenly without going patchy. The color is also pretty nice, not too orange. It wasn’t what I was expecting out of a gradual tanning lotion however.
