Total heating time should not exceed 30 seconds. Do not overheat. Do not overheat. Do not leave unattended while heating. Always check the temperature before using. The mask should feel warm to the touch, not hot. Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in a freezer overnight. May be stored in the freezer until needed. Instructions For Use: To avoid possible injury, follow all directions carefully. Continuous low heat in one area can burn you. Shift position of the product frequently when in use. Use only under adult supervision. Smells amazing
I love it, it’s a good size, it’s not heavy so it doesn’t cause head aches but it’s not paper light so it stays still, it smells really nice, it heats up nicely and it helped me get a good night of sleep. The only thing I don’t like it the stuff inside pokes out a little so sometimes it bugs me but it’s worth the less than $15 spent I’d definitely buy again if I need to.

Awesome for headaches and sinus pain
Bought one of these a few years ago at a day spa. I used it for at least three years. Absolutely wonderful. I misplaced it recently, so I ordered 2 more. Even better than I remember. Aroma is better than I remember, but not overpowering. Wrap it a soft paper towel to warm up and put on your face. Protects the covering from stains. Definitely do not want to be without one of these again.

My Mask of Choice
This is my second one, and it works well for me. No straps necessary as it just sits over my eyes blocking all light. Also, I sleep on my right side, and there’s so slippage. Perfect product. Purchased a second as I wanted to be sure not to be without it.

This product is pretty good. I keep it in the freezer because I use it to target puffy/dark/tired eyes. It’s nice because it doesn’t freeze, but a colder pack would probably be more effective. When using it, I flip it over every 5 minutes or so and it stays cool for about 10-15 minutes. The flax distributes pretty well because it’s very full, so I never have an issue with the beads accumulating too much on the edges. The weight it nice and comfy and forces me to keep my eyes closed, and there is just enough fragrance to be soothing, but not potent. Overall a good buy.

This really helps with congestion from allergies. 30 seconds in the microwave and a few minutes of relaxing with this over my closed eyes and I have both headache/sinus soothing comfort and less congested breathing. I have been using this, a neti pot and elderberry syrup daily. I was headed towards a sinus infection no doubt, but I feel this eye mask is part of a good combination for maybe fighting it off. At the very least it is soothing and it really helps me breathe thru congestion. Feels kind of like icy hot so your eyes need to remain closed.

The very first time I used this product, the smell that came out of this product was horrible. It is supposed to be a refreshing smell but it was very, very nasty. It was a waste of money.

Sleeping is easy, breezy with this mask!
I love that it can be heated or chilled and that it does NOT have any straps or elastic attached. This is my 2nd purchase as my daughter took mine when she moved out and this is by far the best one I’ve ever used!
