eye pads help me to fall asleep faster
I like these eye masks. Used already two of them and from my experience they help me to fall asleep faster.

Heat lasts a good 20-30 minutes before slowly cooling
You will need to gently (GENTLY!) peel the ear loops open to use these. They slowly start warming up, and at first, I thought I had gotten a dud.. give it a minute.These heat up to warm, not hot, which is better for your eyes, and as mentioned they take a bit to get going. About the 20-minute mark is going to be your best time with these, so plan for time to relax. Around 30 minutes you may notice a slightly less vigorous warmth as they slowly cool off. By the 50-minute mark, the mask is just above skin temp, and by 60 minutes it has exhausted its magic.Though the ear loops keep it from sliding off, laying down keeps these on the best for most of us. I did have to get up to mess with dogs during my “Me” time and I pushed the mask up to my forehead and the loops kept it on just fine there. – Just an FYI.The masks are relaxing but there isn’t going to be steam as these work the same way as disposable hand warmers. The stickers are nice but not right by your nose. Some may find the stickers a bit too much (my husband), and some may not smell them much (myself).I really enjoyed the “Galactic Journey Applications” language they have on the box and packets; I found it entertaining.I can recommend these as a spa basket gift for someone who needs a little pampering. They are also nice for personal use but for the price, a warm water bottle can accomplish the same thing, albeit it’ll slop around and won’t feel so self-indulgent.

Eh. Ok and I will use them but more gimmicky than effective I feel.
I was excited about these but when they came and I tried them I was let down. I realize that they can’t be hot over your eyes but I felt like these took SO long to warm up and then they barely got warm on top of that. They smelled nice, and they would have felt nice but they just didn’t have enough gentle heat. They had cute and themed instructions and that were kind of gimmicky but fine. I will use them but I wish they actually got a little warmer so they were soothing or helpful.

Excellent for relaxation, spa-experience
I’ve used a variety of these warming (steam) masks and they all work on the same premise: open the sealed packet, expose to air, and allow the mask to slowly warm.This particular “Nebula Soothe” eye masks are no different and work the same way. However these masks do include scented stickers, which can add to the ‘spa experience’. I’ve added the stickers to both the mask itself, on the outside orange part, and on my chest, which is further away from my nose, obviously.The mask takes about 10 minutes to warm to max (warm) temp. For both of my uses it lasted about 45 minutes. It does not get hot – it’s not supposed to.I do not sleep in the mask, it’s not designed for that. It’s a relaxation mask. And I’m rating it on that and the stickers.At $1.56 per mask it’s not a fabulous deal, but it is a decent value, considering the stickers. Also, the box adds to the presentation, meaning it can be given as a gift. (I’ve had other masks that arrived in plain plastic envelopes). So I would order this again as a gift.

😃 Warm Relaxing Steam Eye Masks, But Use with Caution 😃
These steam eye masks work really well, and have a pleasant lavender scent. The lavender scent didn’t seem to last very long though. When I first started using the mask, the lavender scent is noticeable. But, the scent goes away pretty quickly. I would like to give this product five stars because it’s effective, gets warm quickly, and is soothing & relaxing. It has a nice presentation too. But, I had an issue with this mask. I wore the mask and then went to sleep for the evening. So, this mask was basically on my face when I went to bed until I woke up in the morning. The skin by one of my eyes was red and puffy after using this mask. But, I think I know what might’ve happened. I think I know what caused the redness and puffiness. Sometimes, I’m a side sleeper. I think I might’ve rolled to the side and pressed the side of my face on a pillow which ended up pressing the warm eye mask onto my skin for an extended amount of time. The heat from the mask was probably on my skin a little bit too long and caused the irritation. This steam eye mask works really well if you’re not a side sleeper and don’t press the mask against your face with a pillow. If you do sleep like this, this steam eye mask might not really agree with you. If you do sleep like I did, then I would recommend be cautious. Make sure the mask is not on your skin so long that the heat might cause some swelling and redness. Nice and Warm and Very Relaxing!
I was certainly skeptical about how these warming eye pads would work, but I am now a fan and have an excuse to take a 30 minute break! Super simple to use; open the individually wrapped package, pull the attached ear tabs and place around your ears and wait for the eye pads to warm up…about a minute once they hit the air. I wanted to try these because I tend to get sty’s and other issues and this option was recommended to me to try vs. reheating a washcloth every few minutes. They are super soft and comfortable to wear and do not get too hot, but certainly do get warm. Great for tired eyes or for relaxing anytime of day. Super happy with this selection and highly recommend! 5 STARS
