It felt really good at 1st but 30 min after, I took them off and it caused my under eyes to turn red and burn really bad. Pictures are after I washed my face off. It looks even worse in person

I ordered twice.. 1st time, it did not even arrive. but at least the customer service was good. and I got my refund. So, I ordered again. This time it arrived on time, and I immediately tried it. But unfortunately, after about 5mins I put it on, I started to feel very itchy.. and it became worse later on…. very disappointing…
