I am absolutely in love with this perfume! From the very first spray, it delivers a bold, long-lasting scent that lingers beautifully throughout the day. The smell of the hollidays
When I first got Khamrah Qahwa I was blown away with the price and presentation of the product. Most designer perfumes do not put nearly as much effort into the product boxing and it really made it feel like it should be far more expensive as it is. Instead of throwing away the box I decided to keep it just for how nicely it displays the bottle.Of course the packaging isn’t why you buy a product. The first spray had a bit of an alchol smell for the first few seconds but after that evaporated, I did start to pick up on a very sweet and spicy holiday feel to it. While I heard that it’s a coffee scent it’s very light and gives the other spices of cinnamon, ginger and cardamon room to really play as well as the scent of vanilla and to my nose a slight honey smell. It really smells like a nice coffee shop or kind of like a holiday Yankee Candle. As for gender this one is perfectly neutral, and anyone could easily wear it.As for the performance I normally only need two or three sprays, and it will last all day. While I of course go nose blind to it fairly quickly I do get the occasional reminder that it’s still performing as I catch it in the air. Qahwa has gotten a number of complements for me in the short time I have had it and it, and they even happen several hours after I have sprayed it on, so it is one you won’t have to reapply during the day. While I would say it’s perfect for a winter evening it’s a scent that really is unoffensive that I feel it could be worn during the day even in an office if you go with one or two sprays. As for the time of year it’s definitely a fall and winter scent. I haven’t owned it long enough to see how it would perform in the warmer weather but I would guess it would be too much for that.
