Expensive but works
This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

ADDICTED to Skin Medica
I have been using Skin Medica products for 17+ years. The TNS is an Incredible skin cream. When you first start using it, you’ll notice a little redness on your forehead – forget it. It’ll go away.I stopped using it after six months in the beginning just to see if there was a difference in my skin. There was a total difference! I needed more moisturizer. My skin felt dry, the texture looked different and my skin looked dull..I see that people have problems with the pump. Just shake it or turn it upside down for a little bit and it’ll start coming back out again.As for the price, it takes a year to get rid of this product, using it twice a day religiously. It only takes one pump to cover your whole face and I also do my neck. I usually go brush my teeth to give it a chance to soak in before I put on my moisturizer.I just turned 73 and there is no one who thinks I am even close to my age….I am addicted!This pic is out of the shower, no makeup, no touch up.

BE AWARE OF SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE HENCE 1 STAR – PRODUCT IS A 5 STAR
Be aware of subsribe and save for this product. I have subscribe and save for this since it cost alot and it was cheaper that way. I did not need my back up one until today. When I opened it, it would not expel the cream in the right pump. Only the left side of the pump worked. I tried to exchange it, but the last date to return it was in October. I called customer service since Amazon has always been so wonderful to help with problems. However, this time they would not help. It is past the return window, even though it is broken! So my advice to you is it is a wonderful product although it is pricey, I will not buy another for awhile (because of the cost). If you have subscribe and save for this product, my whole reason for this review is to tell you when you receive your bottle check it right away! I wish I had. The only problem with that is now it won’t be fresh if you don’t need it for awhile. Since this has happened to my pump, I have checked into this product and it looks as though this has been a problem for some with only one side of the pump working. All the more reason to check it works when you receive it.

Best product on the market IMO
I noticed results right away… with a week. I started using for fine lines around my eyes … after having a baby my skin changed so much! I’m still breastfeeding so can’t do Botox or filler by now I don’t need to! I did blow through this bottle in a month though… it’s pricey but it did work rather well for me. I use this along with tns recovery and the hydrated. It’s been a gamechanger.

If you’re on the fence, buy it.
Given the price, there is a part of me that didn’t want this to work so I wouldn’t have to add it to my budget. I am 6 days in and writing this review because I am already seeing significant results. I have a strong routine (vitamin c, hyaluronic, niacinamide, SPF, others) but continue to struggle with retinol sensitivity. Even after years of use, I can still only tolerate retinol 1-2x per week and have been looking for another anti aging serum to supplement the other 5-6x nights. This is it. It goes on light, absorbs easily, and I have had zero sensitivity even with nightly use. My skin is positively glowing! I’m hoping I don’t have the pump issue others have described, but will buy more even if I do. Looking forward to results in 30 days and beyond.

Excellent Facial Lotion
Love this product – been using for years. Does wonders to keep skin looking good and healthy.Not a 5 star rating because the product is designed to mix two lotions together as you use it. More than once I have had issues with one side not working. If you purchase ahead, which I have done when on sale, and the return/contact seller window closes, you are out of luck on Amazon. TNS hard to reach and does not respond.

The bottle is flawed.
The product is incredible, the serum and lotion work, however, SkinMedica need to work on their chambers! I lose quite a bit of product when I’m troubleshooting. Sometimes the lotion pumps out of both chambers, and sometimes the serum pumps out of both chambers. I have to really work on getting them to work together & lose product whilst doing so. I’d love to give it 5 stars but the bottle is terrible. I gave it 3 stars because the serum & lotion work.

Stupid expensive but works
I can’t say I look any younger but my skin does indeed have a nicer feel. Not a fan of the pump design. Feels like you can’t get everything out which for this price, you’ll want to.

I purchased 5 bottles. The pump cover of the first bottle came off loose and it could not pump; so I returned that bottle. I opened up all other 4 bottles to check and the pumps were working. However, after 2 uses, cream from 1 chamber of the 2nd bottle is not pumping out; so now I am only having the benefit of 1 of the cream and I am not sure that means that I am deriving the full benefits of this product. I hope that the remaining 3 bottles will pump out well from BOTH the chambers !!

Have purchased this skin product for years from other sources. Was an excellent price. Packaging the same but this one has a perfumey smell – I only purchase this 2/year as a very small amount is used each time – hope it’s the real product

Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time.1. Turn it upside down.2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand.3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product.I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.

I’ve been using this serum for years. I will never buy it again. As others have mentioned , the pumps don’t work properly. There are two fluids that come out of two different pumps, which you’re supposed to blend together. Instead only pump worked at first, and then only second pump worked, and now neither of them do. A complete waste of my money!
