This has been my go to eyeliner for a couple of years now. I like that it does not smear. It is dry going on – not as smooth as some, but I think that is what keeps it from smearing.

Not So Smudge-Proof for Hooded Eyes
I tried the UDE Proof 10 Gel Pencil Liner (#1 Black), and sadly, it didn’t work well for my hooded and oily eyelids. It lasts for maybe an hour before disappearing, and I end up with those not-so-great dark circles under my eyes. If you have similar eyes, this might not be the best choice.

It came broken
I had high expectations for this pencil because I have other products from this brand which I really like. This pencil was disappointing. The whole led came sliding down the tube of the pencil and the product was at most about 4 inches. I am returning because this is really bad quality. I can’t even say if the pencil’s formula is decent because the product itself it’s such bad quality. It came broken, maybe it was just the pencil I received but it’s too much of a hassle to reorder a new one just to find out it’s quality control issue. Will not be repurchasing.

芯の硬さもちょうどいいです。柔らかすぎてもベタつくし硬いと痛いしこちらは安いしどうかなと不安でしたが満足です。今まではイミュのジェルアイライナーでしたが値段の割にあっという間に無くなるのでこちらを試しました。使用感はほぼ同じです。どちらが柔らかいかと言えばイミュですがかえってこのくらいの方が加減が出来て良いです。と言ってもストレスなく痛くなくスルッと描けるしパンダ目にもなりません。あとはどのくらいの量なのか、ですね。でも値段はイミュの3分の2くらいなのでいつ無くなるか心配せずに使えます。
