I have very dry skin and this is a great makeup remover to not add harsh liquids to my dry skin. There is no harsh sent and it doesn’t make my skin hurt. The makeup literally melts off with the product.

Thicker than expected, smell isn’t great
The consistency is like lard and spreads relatively smoothly. I usually use a mild foaming wash after as it is a wee bit thick even after rinsing. The smell is a bit off putting to me, but it does leave your skin soft.

I used this product exactly once and then threw it in the trash. The smell is horrible and overwhelming. I now use Elf and I am very happy with their cleansing balm.

Favourite cleanser. My daughter bought this for herself, she offered me to try it and I’ve never gone back. You apply to dry skin, then emulsify with water before washing off. I use with the jelly cleanser when double cleansing. I love the stuff. So much so I had to buy my daughter a new pot. I use every night and a tub seems to last ages. I can definitely say my skin tone improved after using these. I’ve used for several months before trying other Byoma products. This is my favourite one.The texture is quite thick and feel slightly greasy when first applied, this changes when you add the water to your skin. It washes off without a greasy feeling, just beautiful cleansed skin. Sometimes I use it on its own, sometimes I double cleanse will jelly cleanser or the milky cleanser. Great value for money!

So this is definitely one of the better balms I’ve used! No texture unlike the inkey list oat cleansing balm, very little fragrance which is great and takes make up off easily! My only gripe is that it does not last long at all, I used this around 4 days a week and it only lasted me a month which isn’t long at all.
